And am I alone in loathing the term "Sith Lord"? Maybe it's just that it's tied so tightly to the PT* (which I hate more than you do. Trust.).

Nope, you're not alone - I've come to loathe the term myself, and for pretty much the same reasons as yours. I don't see any good reason why another Force sect/religion that follows the dark side can't be used.

At first, it tastes pretty much the same way it smells - musty, but otherwise not too bad. But then, before you know it, this incredibly overpowering BITTERNESS hits your tongue like a FREIGHT TRAIN OUT OF HELL! God, the bitterness! It's horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Nothing tastes as bitter - NOTHING! And the worst part is that the taste LINGERS - it lingers there in your mouth like a bloodstain in your carpet, and nothing you can do can rid your mouth of the taste of it - you just have to wait the long hours for it to fade away on its own.

what are these doing in your "But not these"  list?   imho, Batman Begins and the Dark Knight are two best Batman movies.

As I've said before, I'm not fond of Nolan's movies in general, or Bale's Batman/Bruce Wayne in particular.

As for Neeson, I liked him as Henri Ducard, but not as Ra's al Ghul.

The robot suit is a bit shit.

Its a hot mess, I'll admit, but as a kid, I loved it, so it still holds some appeal for me. The later versions, though, with the flamethrower and blade cape - those looked like shit to me then and they still look like shit to me today.

Keaton never really worked for me.

He doesn't work all that well for me, either. But it's the visuals of Burton's movies that I'm fond of, not the characterization/storytelling.

Now that I think about it, if she were mentioned at all, it would have most likely been Outbound Flight.  Anakin and Kenobi are fairly heavy in it at the beginning, but are suddenly and conveniently jettisoned from the story completely.

Their sudden departure from the story had a weird feel, which I was more than ok with ;-)

In fact, I could never figure out why they were in the early part of the story at all.  Their roles felt out of place and served no purpose.

Studio executives - or whatever their literary equivalents are called - love to force shit like this into a product thinking it'll make it sell better. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Zahn's original draft was more-or-less Anakin/Obi-Wan-free until some corporate bigwig "suggested" he add them in.

Black Christmas (1974)

I really think this is a movie that's best watched late at night during the colder months, not in the middle of a sunny summer day - there's no other reason I can come up with for why I didn't like it as much as I did the first and last time I saw it.

Of course, a big reason I liked the movie the first time I watched it was due to my initial exposure to the killer's insane ravings and the emotional reactions they inspired; knowing what to expect may have diluted it for me this time around.

Prince of Darkness (1987)

Definately one of Carpenter's best made movies; there's only two things I'd change - I wouldn't have shown the Anti-God (that glimpse of a stereotypical red devil hand really tainted the mystique of the entity) and I probably would have dropped that bit about Jesus being an alien.

Dawn of the Dead (1978)

This movie is - to put it bluntly - overindulgent, overlong, and overrated. Hell, I won't even stop there; this was even worse than Land of the Dead, and it has just as much reason to exist - namely, none.
