Actually, I considered black hair the default hair colour of heroes as a kid (Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent probably had something to do with that), so I just automatically assumed a heroic Anakin would have had that hair colour.

Well, I used to own one, but it collapsed when I tried hauling heavy truckloads of uranium ore across it.
I started suspecting something wasn't quite straight with DrCrow's stories when he began periodically bringing up how he was on the verge of losing his Internet connection, how in a short period of time -- be it days, weeks, whatever -- he'd be left unable to return to the forums for an extended period of time. Every time this happened, though, he'd somehow get lucky and continue posting here with little perceivable interruption.
Now, I realize unlucky people get strokes of luck all the time. In his case, though, under the circumstances he claims to be under, I have trouble buying into it. If my family were under such dire circumstances -- and we're not exactly rolling in dough as it is -- Internet access would be the very first thing to go, and it would stay gone for a very long time.
I honestly think DrCrow might be a pathological liar.

Yes, indeed it was. Aside from some nice cover art and the flashbacks to Leia's childhood in the second issue, the entire mini-series was a waste -- a bland, shoddily-drawn, under-developed, utterly pointless waste.
I've heard virtually nothing but good things about Mark Waid's writing, but so far I haven't read anything from him which isn't either meh or lousy; this story falls into the latter category. I seriously hope he never writes for the SW Universe ever again.
