I like to think that stormtrooper armour is far more effective than the films let on. Thus, in my mind’s eye, this is what happens to almost every stormtrooper who gets shot in the OT:

“Dead or alive, you’re coming with us!”

“Eat red-hot plasma, buckethead!”

*wilhelm scream*

“Good thing my armour absorbed the brunt of that blast. Otherwise that shot would have killed me instead of momentarily knocking me unconscious. Now that I have my wits about me, I can continue my relentless pursuit of the Rebel scum.”

Ledger’s Joker’s probably the one and only aspect of TDR I do like. Still, it’s far from an Oscar-worthy performance.

I count everything except amateur productions made by unskilled teenagers with their parents’ camcorder.

This brings up that long-asked question of mine which I have yet to receive an answer to: Just how many films have been made since 1888? Millions? Billions?

Why do so many people forget to capitalize the first letter in the first word of a sentence?

So, I’m not the only one who finds Rebels supremely underwhelming after all.

How can you be okay with The Dark Knight? Tons of people died in that movie and batman didn’t save them all, that makes Batman the real villain and he murdered Harvey Dent for the no good reason of saving the life of a child, that makes him an awful person, not a hero and yet the movie ends praising him.
