Well, obviously, they could have redubbed the lines in either the 2004 or 2011 release. Either get the actor back or a sound alike to say data discs or data card.

Or maybe you should accept the &@#^ing movie for what it #^$^ing is – a #&(%@**#$#ing product of its @$%&#$@#$&ing times.

Ah that explains David Lynch in general and Mullholland Drive in particular.

May your arms sometimes bend back in the Black Lodge for twenty-five years.

If you need to B*tch about something... this is the place

I only receive one channel which shows episodes of The Twilight Zone. This in and of itself wouldn’t necessary be bad if

  • The station didn’t falsely proclaim to air the show in HD (Not only is the quality in general shitty, but certain episodes are tinted red/green and have TRACKING ERRORS, like they were ripped from old, beat-up, decaying cassettes.)
  • Windowbox the episodes
  • Refuse to air the same specific episodes over-and-over again (I haven’t seen “Two” or “Elegy” – among other episodes – on this station in years.)

Why would it be out of character for Yoda to enforce monastic celibacy? Clearly he has a weird religion. Remember that Star Wars collectors card where he and other Yoda’s were worshiping a Yoda statue?

Yeah, 'cause a creature revering an idol carved in the likeness of their own species just never happens.

So… The myth that Lucas conceived the ‘saga’ as one unified whole is one that really boils my blood, because it leads to these very close-minded view. I’ve encountered a certain breed of fan that believes TFA is offensive by its mere existence because it violates the original six-part structure that Lucas intended.

I haven’t heard this but I’ve heard something along the lines of “TFA is offensive because the galaxy didn’t live happily ever after”

I’ve heard that too, this theory that TFA somehow ruined ROTJ by its very existence.

Quite impossible. ROTJ was ruined by its own existence.

Stargate Reimagined: Part I *COMPLETE*

Just FYI the opening 8000 BC part was originally meant to be much longer and would have opened on hunters returning to the village. A strange shape was seen passing against the moon as they roasted the Animals they had caught for Dinner. Not saying you should incorporate this but just giving you some information.

Oh, I know all about the extended opening; I even included it in the first draft of this script. During the revision process, though, I felt it gave too much away too soon, so I decided to remove it.

There is a great chapter in the novel called “In The Beginning…” And it gives a lot of history to the Enslaved Earth people and the uprising too.

I used the novelization as a reference when working on this screenplay, so I’ve borrowed a number of concepts and ideas from it, including some of the stuff revolving around the early days of Ra’s empire.

Keep up the good work 😃

Thanks. 😃
