So yeah, anyway, this was an awesome, awesome read. I don’t know if I can say I like Mignola’s art style, but I quite admire the Kirby influence within it and it does suit itself well for this type of action-packed, over-the-top story. And that ending – man, that ending only left me wanting more, which is what every good ending should do.

Suffice it to say, I’m going to read more Hellboy. I’ve already checked the next two volumes out of the library and will get started on them right away.
