JFTR, the reason I'll never watch Jumper isn't because Hayden's in it, but because I loved the novel far too much to subject myself to a piece-of-shit adaptation that sounds like it has more in common with the stupid Da Vinci Code than the actual book it's supposed to be an adaptation of.

I feel the same way about I Robot and the RDjr Sherlock Holmes movies(I did end up seeing most of the first one and it made me feel ill)I think you have made the right call.

Here is a incomprehensive list of movies I will utterly refuse to watch unless someone is literally willing to pay me big honkin' bucks to see them:

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014); American Pie (1999); American Pie 2 (2001); American Wedding (2003); American Reunion (2012); Arthur (2011); Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016); Beerfest (2006); Beneath Still Waters (2005); Bewitched (2005); Black Christmas (2006); Cursed (2005); Date Movie (2006); The Devil's Rejects (2005); Disaster Movie (2008); Epic Movie (2007); Evil Dead (2013); The Fast and the Furious (2001); 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003); The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006); Fast & Furious (2009); Fast Five (2011); Fast & Furious 6 (2013); Fast & Furious 7 (2015); Friday the 13th (2009); Fright Night (2011); Halloween II (2009); Highlander: The Source (2007); Jumper (2008); Man of Steel (2013); Meet the Spartans (2007); A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010); Old School (2003); Resident Evil (2002); Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004); Resident Evil: Extinction (2007); Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010); Resident Evil: Retribution (2012); Scary Movie 5 (2013); Soul Plane (2004); Star Trek (2009); Star Trek Into Darkness (2013); Superbad (2007); Superhero Movie (2008); Transformers (2007); Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009); Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011); Twilight (2008); The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009); The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010); The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 (2011); The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 (2012); Underworld (2003); Underworld: Evolution (2006); Underworld: Rise of the Lycans (2009); Underworld: Awakening (2012); Vampires Suck (2010); Van Helsing (2004); The Wolfman (2010); The Wolverine (2013); X-Men: The Last Stand (2006); X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009); X-Men: First Class (2011); X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)

Good list.  I enjoyed the 2009 Star Trek movie for what it was but there is no force on heaven or earth that could compel me to watch Into Darkness again.  Also first class was pretty good it's just the last act felt rushed and like it had a little too much going on and the inclusion of the Cuban Missile crisis felt forced. I also felt that Professor X being be crippled and coming to terms with that should have been his character arc for a sequel and not shoved into the last five minutes of the movie.  Other then that it was okay.

That story was actually a tad exaggerated. And it was to avoid them being used in a low budget SF film, as had happened with Forbidden Planet. An ape head still got stolen and used in the Joan Crawford movie Trog, and some spacesuit backpacks popped up on Doctor Who.

Many key costumes and props are still very much around. Some Kubrick kept hidden away at his estate. They have been touring the world as part of the Kubrick Exhibition. I saw them with my own eyes in L.A. last summer.

In any case, a 2001 sequel was not being contemplated in 1970. Arthur C Clarke didn't even pen a book sequel until the early 80's. And Stanley didn't mind the 2010 movie, either.

Five minutes in google reveals there is an MGM building at that address, that was built in 2009. ;)

I always thought those things looked like they came from 2001 but I dismissed that idea because I always heard the story about Kubrick destroying everything.  Good to know that didn't happen.

That bit about the building was pretty funny.

Cool story about the exhibition.

To be fair that does seem like the sort of think Kubrick would say.  We are after all talking about the man who burnt all the props, sets, and blueprints for the first movie to keep a sequel from being made.

Oh and I have never gotten the hate for 2010. Yeah it is a completely different kind of movie but if you ask me when you take it on it's own it is still a decent Sci-Fi film.

Yeah thanks those are all good points and things I wouldn't have thought of.  Yeah i am working on the stammer,I have bit of one related to my condition but when I really think about what I am doing I can reduce it quite a bit.  I am working on making a character for myself where it will be an over the top version of myself with the stammer as part of the character.

I know nothing about Guardians of the Galaxy other then I am looking forward to it,the plot seems pretty close to Farscape, and that Racoon confused me for years in the Marvel Vs. Capcom games since before I saw this trailer I had no idea what he was from.

The breathing into the mike is the biggest thing I am going to work on next but it may take me a video or two to get that down since it is a bit hard to work on and I am learning as I go.

Thanks again.

I just ran a bunch of tests with Audacity and you were right this makes a huge difference!  Thanks a bunch.  Sadly you will not see the improvements for another two videos but when you do it should be great!

I just rerecorded the Guardians of the Galaxy trailer and it is a huge improvement!  The audio is much better and I improved my timing on some of the jokes. I should have the new version posted by noon tomorrow.  Thanks again, your feedback was really helpful.

Okay thanks I will play around with that in my next video.  Well I say my next video but the fact is I have done two more videos so it will be the third video to go up next.  Thanks a bunch for the feedback.

P.S I also have a new head set coming in that will hopefully help a little since it's mike stand will not be broken and falling all over the place.

I don't know if this counts as a find but here is a plug for my youtube channel.  This is the first time I have ever done anything like this and I know it most likely sucks(Most of the time when you do something for the first time you suck at it)but I am looking to improve so if you see anything you like please leave feed back on how I can improve them.

You know if I had the money I would collect the Laser discs of everything Star Trek just for the cool LP style covers.

Every time I start to feel tempted to grumble about the price of boxsets or shipping times from Amazon I just remember that I used to have to go all the way to dover(45 minutes away)to special video store and pay $25 for a single episode of Star Trek on VHS.  Those were the days.  Compared to that getting an inter season on Bluray for $60 in a case that will fit on my shelf doesn't seem so bad:)

 Welcome to my nightmare. ;)

There are LD's of many films I just can't let go of because the jacket art is too cool. Maybe someday I can frame them all and hang them up.

You'd think somebody would make a wall display/storage system for 12 inch vinyl records. They would pop out easily when you actually want to play one.

I am in the exact same fix.  I have a bunch of LDs and LPs that I replaced with Bluray discs and CDs a long time ago,but they still sit on my shelf because I can't bare to part with the covers.
