Yeah kind of figured that would be the answer. Well i hope it's not as bad as they say. I'll be getting a copy as well and i if i get it before you i'll post screen shots.

I sure can't wait for this to hit blu-ray, as long as it's the special edition.

The hdclub i think it ends up being just over 13gb with all the Russian audio removed.

Beautiful job on this release kk650, you really made a huge improvement on a well deserved movie.

I muxed the DTS-HD Master audio  with your video.   :)

It doesn't always say a delay was added.

Well you can use tsMuxer to add a delay or -

Yes the DTS was from the blu-ray and it's easy to sync it, not that one needs to if they get this other version.

Well they both look great but if i were to go with just one then yeah classic or "normal"what ever you want to call it.

I had already started your colorful version but it's going slow since i'm using free download.

When might the newer version be up?

KK650 does have another version coming soon as said here....

"A new fellowship of the ring regrade where i've taken a completely different approach to my previous release, very closely matching the image dynamics of the theatrical blu-ray and hdtv transport stream, will be coming out tomorrow. It has a lot more visible shadow detail than the previous release like the theatrical blu-ray and makes the daylight shots in Hobbiton brighter like they were on the theatrical blu-ray. Should be interesting to see what everybody thinks"

Andrea you really did a fantastic job on this one. Haven't sat and watched it all yet but i jumped around to watch parts. I'll still never understand what the director's were thinking when darkening the movie for the blu-ray release.

No worries Andrea, the file i sent Jerry was the PCM so he had much less clipping and no loss.

I wasn't trying to make you look bad, after all you have done some very nice projects.

I just had to get that out there about the audio, since i'm the one who sent it to ya.   :)

From what i remember Andrea you didn't leave the audio as is,  the file that i had sent you. You had changed it some how, re-encoded not sure. It was definitely different from my original file though.
