And yes, I'm serious. I really don't like it when people state their opinion, and then feel obligated to say "in my opinion", as if there will be severe legal repercussions if they don't.

And I really hate people that assume what someone is saying is meant to be taken as carved-in-stone fact unless caveated with 'IMO', etc..
