Sure. Everything posted in a forum is 100% acurate. Besides, aviation has as little to do with presidency as service in Vietnam.

Perhaps you are right, but I would hope that our soldiers are better at thinking for themselves than that.
Just my two cents, anyway.

Soldiers aren't trained to think for themselves, in fact they are selected for precisely their abilities to follow orders without thinking or questioning their superior officers.

Maybe in Austrailia it happens that way, but in America, the soldiers are those who excell at thinking on their feet and stuff like that. You can't send an bunch of idiots into battle with high-tech gadgets and expect them to win.

Oh crap...

I guess that spoils about the only plot twist in the movie for anyone who speaks German....

SPOILER ALERT

The villain, Dr. Deadhead, is actually dead since 20 years before the movie begins, with his operation being run by his android daughter, and all one ever sees is his head, Twice in a photograph, In a Video, and the coolest of all, as an electrically projected image suspended betwen two Tesla coils.

End of Spoiler...

I don't think a man being the president has ever stopped anyone from voting against him....

The military knows that Bush knows what he is doing, and they know that Kerry has continually blamed all the percieved failures of the military on Bush. Think about it. Every thing the left blames on Bush is really a problem that the military didn't solve--because war is unpredictable, and things screw up, and it is the fault of no-one but the terrorists.

I don't trust Kerry, and I doubt the soldiers do either...

Who cares if a candidate has not being to the war or if the candidate has been tortured and being forced to play russian roullette on Vietnan? Apart from Oliver Stone, no one! It dosen't mean he is going to do a good job.

And if you guys want someone to protect the american economy over the globalized world, then you gotta vot Kerry. Bush is going to cooperate with overseas industries, so much that the industries and corporations over here want Bush to win.

Hey, everyone, go vote tomorrow!

See, while outsourcing may lose jobs, it also makes insourcing more likely, so we gain jobs.
I don't think that outsourcing should be completely unrestricted, but it isn't the catastrophe that some would have you believe.
The problem with Kerry is that he is too much of a socialist--the goverment shouldn't run healthcare and it should run the economy, either.
(which doesn't mean that illiegal business shouldn't go unregulated. I hate it when liberals act as though conservatives are pro-corrupt business, not that Ric did that)

Besides, what is the point in having money if you're dead? Defense is more important than the economy, and Kerry isn't strong on defense.

Calm down. I just went to IMDB to check this out...

There is no CGI Lawrense Oliver, but TotenKopf is played by archive footage of Oliver--the face in between the tesla coils, the face on the photographs, and the video on the rocket's control panel at the end are archival footage CG-composited into the new movie...

I thought that was only something that took place in north America

But back on topic, the question of foreing relations is pretty much a moot point, because Bush has allready done the "damage" to our relationships. Why we'd want these alliances with nations who hate the US is beyond me--and the fact that we're allready in Iraq makes "should we have?" a pretty pointless argument. The question you really need to ask yourself is who you trust more to get the job done? Bush, who has allways been big on defense, or Kerry, the guy who injured himself twice and got shot in the butt, just to get out of Vietnam?
