I would love to see/get hold of a decent 1977 original cut. I have all the footage on my version but it's strung together as one long film. It begins with the great FBI confiscation /Plane lacombe/Luaghlin limo start. That is great but the desert/plane beginning also comes in and it's as if the two have never met, when they just have at the airport! there are a few discrepancies, but not many in the version I have. I would love to see it edited properly!

I have a fan edited "extreme" cut with all the footage strung together... I would really love to see the 1977 cut as I hate the mothership interior sequence... blegh. I have tried to edit it out, but it's a mess with the music ques and footage..

It's a real shame to hear the news. :-( I use Demonid as I find it more reliable to torrentspy. I can't use rapidshare as it have never allowed me to download anything. I agree with what you say about seeding though, currently I am seeding for this site.

Keep in mind, folks, that this is a PAL disc, and wont play on many NTSC set-top players.

I'm In the U.K so this should be no problem.

I see what you are saying. But Rapidshare doesn't even let me join a que. It says "not valid" every time I type in the verification code.

It's only rapidshare that does this, all other sites work fine.

I cannot use rapidshare links. IE and firefox just don't let them work. Anyone upping this to demonoid or myspleen?
