I've had the idea to color correct the prequels on my mind for some time, now that I've got some time I made some tests and this one I'm quite happy with. Besides color correction, I also changed the music since I thought the original piece was weak. IMO it quite changes the overall tone of the scene. I'm considering to do a full blown edit, do you think it's worth it?

I don't know if you could pull it off, but, as you seem to want to go back to the original story, you could somehow transport the Emperor Death Star scenes to Had Abbadon (Coruscant) and make Endor the "Green of Moon" of Had Abbadon that was originally planned. Would be tricky, but awesome!

I've been trying to split an AC-3 file into 6 mono AIFF's with no luck (using mac3dec). I click "Start" but it does nothing. Maybe it is related to error message when I try to simply convert to AIFF/WAV/whatever, which is "Could not open Sound Converter"?

Does anybody know what the problem is?

Hi,

I'm new around here and I've just read this thread with great interest (partially, I'm not crazy :-P).

The thing is that I've seen the duel with music and that has made me remember a very old edit attempt of mine. I also used music from the PT, including Battle of the Heroes. Here is the very rough result of that experiment (original music can still be heard at some points). I thought you might find it useful in your consideration for the music.
