I love Alien, but for all of its sophisticated production design and lavish budget, it’s essentially just a haunted house movie in space, albeit a really, really good one.

Maybe everything else is just a haunted space ship movie on Earth.

Only exception to your PotA ratings is that I think Escape is the most watchable sequel. But not by much.

I like plenty of non theatrical. It’s when one is hidden that I’m bothered. Though Alien and especially Aliens should be watched in their original form.

I prefer gluten free apples.

Really disappointed with how they handled Sabine and Zeb capturing Rukh. I get that you can’t have Zeb killing him with his bare hands, but Sabine could’ve Raising Arizona’d him with a real grenade instead of a paint bomb, or at the very least they could have brought him back to the rebels. Poseidon Adventure is a great movie. The DVD has been rotting on my bookcase for several years. Maybe it’s time to pull it out again.
