Stunt Men VS the Oscars
Time
They've been fighting for an award category for some years now. They get shot down each time.

I think they deserve an Oscar, no question. But I also agree with Ric that they should be given out at a separate ceremony. One in which they broadcast highlights of during the real Oscar ceremony. Much like the tech awards. Good call, Ric.

Told you all something bad would happen. Wonder if the sportswriters are still picking the Bears for anything. I've already had fellow Bears fans asking how we're going to spend our Sundays now that the Bears' season is over.

I'll still watch. With no expectations whatsoever.

Simpsons Season 6
Time
I actually haven't decided if I'm picking up the Simpsons, s6, or not. I've got 1-5, but I never watch them. I'm almost thinking of stopping just because there are so damn many seasons and I don't know if I want to spend any more money on it when I can just watch them on TV like I have been for years.

As for Family Guy, I'm a devotee. I love the show. Some of it does suck like the ending of last night's episode. But, for every bad one, you get the spoof of the a-Ha video to make up for it. I'll take it. Besides, you can't top Brian and Stewie.

And, yes, Seinfeld went nine seasons.

It certainly does. But so does Christopher Lee.

Brian Eubanks (Trenchcoat) Margot Kidder (Superman) Christopher Reeve (Village of the Damned) Mark Hamill

Virginia Eubanks.

RIP Christopher Reeve; and my best wishes go out to his wife, Dana, in her time of need.
