gundark has an animated one that shifts between two shots of Han, but I don't think that was supposed to be his avatar. I think it was supposed to be DocCovington's because she was cursing in the other avatar thread about how she and Gundark still have the same one even with the change. Aye aye aye.

That bit from Chasing Amy with the whole SW debate with Hooper was great. Best damn scene in the movie. Along with "I'll trace a chalk outline around your dead fuckin' body!" and the battle wound comparison scene with Banky and Alyssa.

To be honest with you, I don't even want to speculate on what he said. It kinda ruins the magic of the moment.

And back on topic... I went to Netflix and was able to put on reserve just the bonus features disc for the SW trilogy. I'm happy about that. Can see the features and don't need to buy the set.

I've bought some songs from iTunes lately that I've been digging.

I really like the Stereophonics and they have an iTunes only EP of six tracks. Just bought an iTunes exclusive track from Alicia Keys.

I also have been digging the new track by The Who "A Real Good Lookin' Boy" which is a song about Elvis. Plus some older stuff like Joe Jackson's "Is She Really Going Out With Him?" and The Doors' "Peace Frog".

Has anyone here ever heard The Kinks' "Catch Me Now I'm Falling"? I swear the first time I heard it I thought it was Kiss. Ray Davies voice sounds spot on for Gene Simmons and the guitar work sounds just like Ace Frehley's riffs. Then there is the second vocalist who, at times, sounds like Paul Stanley. It's eerie.

There was serious talk about it and a pretty major organization was developed to promote it, but never a vote taken like in Quebec. Also, some areas of L.A. want to create their own city but they've discovered it would be too difficult to set up utilities like water. They'd have to set up a whole new piping system to the Pacific or elsewhere because the rest of L.A. would shut off the pipes that run to them now.
