Jimbo, if you thought Doc Ock was done wrong, what's your take on Green Goblin and how he looked in the first movie? If anyone was done wrong or made to look like complete and utter shit, it was GG with that stupid armored outfit.

I personally dug the hell out of Doc Ock and Molina played him beautifully.

Gundark, yeah, I dug the Bruce cameo as well. No one else in my theater realized who it was. Damn rookies.

Sin City: The Movie

It was all over TBS here in the States a couple of months ago so I was watching it endlessly. I can never get enough of Trading Places. I also just got Beverly Hills Cop from Netflix and have II and III on the queue. I liked II when I saw it but have never seen III. I get the feeling I'm gonna regret it, but I gotta see it just to say I did. Also gives me another bad movie to rant about on my website.

I don't hate you. I'm not a Britney fan, but my wife loves her second album. I dig on Christina a bit. She's got a great voice. Justin is surprisingly decent from what little I've heard. I actually like some of the American Idol albums. Kelly Clarkson's album is really good (with help from Christina) and I've also been listening to Ruben Studdard's album a little.

So, don't hate me, either.

Yeah sean, that wasn't exactly your most inspired idea for a post. Ruin it all.

Aside from that, though, I loved it. I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone. One summer and two sequels that I've liked better than the originals (Shrek 2 and Spider-Man 2). What the hell is the world coming to?

As for S-M2... Better interaction between characters. More development of characters. More internal conflict. More humanity. More humor (I reference the elevator scene - this is not a spoiler). Even a plausible love story.

All I can say is "I loved it". Plain and simple. I would see it again. And I'm sorry you have to wait until the 15th to see it, djjd. I feel for ya.

I have one question that only those who have seen it can answer... when did Phoebe Buffay become Asian and start playing a fiddle? Let's see who gets this one.

What I'm seeing is a major shuffling down in the bottom four as Scumb and RRS are hardly ever around. Sean and Jimbo could easily move up into 7 and 8. Shimmy is a mere 50 from stealing #4 back from Dayv.

Sorry to burst your bubble, Jimbo, but exit polls over the weekend at the movie showed that it was a 60/40 split dems/reps. Almost as many Republicans went to see it as Democrats. Read that in some Reuters articles about the weekend box office.
