OK, I have some good news for anyone who is interested. I was cleaning out a closet the other day and found the infamous VHS tape that went with the interactive board game(I have no idea what happened to the game itself, though). Anyway, I watched the footage and I have to say that the Vader stuff is pretty well done. It's not JEJ's voice, but it's definitely the screen accurate costume and I believe Prowse himself was in the suit. Anyway, I'm going to burn this footage on to DVD for my personal collection and then if anyone wants the VHS tape maybe we can work out some kind of trade for it. If this turns out to be as good as it sounds, I think this could be one of the best(if not THE best) fan creations ever. I'm really looking forward to the end result of this project.

The Wal-Mart disc is pure crap. I would advise anyone thinking about picking this disc up to steer clear of it as it features nothing new(just scenes from the first 5 films spliced together) and it's in 4x3 fullscreen format. It's so lame that I sold mine on eBay just to get it out of the house. I should have known better than to expect something decent from Wal-Mart.

I went to Wal-Mart specifically for the Bonus Disc and after I watched it I was so ticked off that I immediately put it up for sale on eBay. Someone bid $14.50 on it so I actually got more out of it than I paid. That's the last time I'll go to Wally World for a so-called "exclusive" DVD because it's obvious that whatever they offer will just turn out to be crap anyway.

Actually, it's footage with Prowse in the suit, but the voice is not done by JEJ. It sounds somewhat like him, but it's definitely someone else. I still have the tape and it's got some pretty cool footage of Vader storming around the corridors of the Death Star, etc.

Personally, I don't really care about this project because it's something the rest of us will never get to see. I'm much more interested in the X0 project because it will actually be released.

That may be the case, but the contrast doesn't look as good in the v2 screenshots either. I wonder why both sharpness AND contrast look worse in those shots.

Wow, I hope those screenshots aren't representative of the actual product because v1 definitely looks better than v2 in those shots.

If someone does an Episode III compilation, is there any chance they'll have all the commercials as well? I love the one with Vader and the Burger King guy having the breathing contest and it would be great to get it on a disc along with some of the other good Ep3 ads.
