isn't thatt kind of the same thing jason did? i had the same idea for dooku instead he knows that the republic was under the control of the sith but he sees himself as the only capable of stopping him. he is too prideful in this version and that overconfidence and pride would be the end of him

They could switch off Qui-Gon's door and wait until Maul get's so bored or hungry that he jumps down the pit himself.
The more I watch it the more it makes sense for that fight to take place on the droid command ship and have the reactor controls in there.
That would make it imperative that they get in there and risk getting cut down by Maul so they can shut down the droids.
you could use the beginning where the jedi fight the droids as the scene where they storm the control ship.

Having said that, I have used the force fanfare from The opening battle of TPM in the Geonosis battle. But only because it works so well for my purposes. You'll see what I mean when I post a clip. You'll also see that I've shamelessly stolen a lot of ideas from SSWR :P
you should check out the clone wars series for some soundtracks as well
i would love to have a rescored imperial theme in that scene as a bit of forshadowing
anyway anyone else notice that episode 2 doesn't seem to have as many tracks as the other movies
there are some good tracks from the clone wars series that could possibly be used

well i trying to figure out how to get rid of the fat sabers and possibly redoing the battle of endor and also replacing the endor planet with the one in the recent one (i always thought the planet looked a bit flat and dead)

I think that this video kind of highlights that there is such a thing as going too far with the blue reduction in these movies... In the retouched shot, since the only color in it comes from the green planet in the background, it makes the whole thing look kind of sickly, and I'm not particularly keen on that. It's one thing to reduce the blues to where they don't dominate the image, but I think sometimes people get a bit carried away to the point where it feels like the color is being sucked right out of the image.

I found one new techique to erase the damn glows and revealing the under detail only with PS filters/ways.
This way leave the footage ready to color correction :D
Here some quick examples of what can this do..
This works removing glows from holos and electricity ;)
It was tested...on captain solo
