But I am not a big fan of the artwork from the screener dvd so I prefer to work with pictures from the movies. Maybe someone else will like to use it for a different cover.
I will come back in a few days with tentative cover for the 3 discs.

also the ultimate edition is 2:35:1 and they claim they are releasing all of the bond films in the correct aspect ratios for the first time. I believe all of the U.E. before thunderball are 1.66:1 though I have seen differing aspect ratios on different dvd releases on dr. no and from russia with love I have seen 1:77:1 , 1:78:1 or 2:35:1 .
I am relying on info from amazon u.k. and amazon.com as well as IMDB and so some of this could be incorrect.
Cinemascope is in fact a 2.35:1 anamorphic process. And all the UE editions are in the correct aspect ratio. the BOnd films before Thunderball were shot flat with an 1.66 aspect ratio. Live and let die and The Man with the golden gun were shot in 1.85:1.
don't believe amazon or imdb, they are not good sources.

it is from the Laserdisc. The Making of was reedited for the dvd, missing the deleted scenes with Harrison Ford. they are complete on the LD. On the LD, the Making of runs 90 minutes.
