A few posts back the idea was kicked around of having Boba Fett leave Tatooine before the Sail Barge fight on a job (the job being selling the Death Star/Emperor location to the Rebels, instead of the Bothans so he doesn't get killed and does his job which is Bounty hunting).

So we'd need a shot of Slave One leaving Tatooine at night, one approaching the rebel fleet, and one of him keeping out of sight in the briefing room negotiating his price but out of sight of Han & Co.

Up to the task?

As for Grievous Maul it could be done if he was redubbed but I'm not sure about it myself.

Edit: The idea is good, but i see no point to see boba's arival. He is not a main character and i like the idea of the not all visible like AOTC that the camera folows Jango to Geonosis after the asteroid chase.

Its good to see some hangar shots with slave1 in the background and Mr boba to make the deal and of course his departure from the hangar.

I can do Animation. The problem is I dont know ( and I dont want to know :P) how to convert some parts of dvd to .mov files.

I asked in some other pages to bring me somebody some shots to test on them.

Yes you right. AE is an other pain in the ass because of the diferent keyboard shortcuts than PS.

Actually Ion Cannons are placed here and there in capital ships. Even Y-Wings have them. You can hear the sound of them many times in ROTJ. Considering that the ships must balance Shields-Speed-Power, the stunt effect of ion cannons are considerably less powerfull that Hoth's one.

Yeah. Ive noticed that ady used interactive lighting in the Hoth clip he posted.So I decided to add it. In fact wee see many times this type of lighting in prequels so why not in OT.

If ady dont want to use existing elements a good sourse of ideas is star wars sketch books, that contains some concepts about the shuttle. I find the shuttle from ROTS good enough if someone consider that passed so many years. This model is outdated and the empire uses it for economy.

After all the i have most fun, toying with the kamino shots. I believe the overal glow that have these shots is to cover CGI problems. Not to mention that (IMO) it works better to have a little more darkness to kaminoans to prelude the dark ages...

The color in the arena scene and Windu shot is made fast thats why I turned that way. The coruscant shots as with the droid factory it contains several settings and some masks.

Like I said i want to make a test of this color corection if someone can provide me a .mov format video with the factory or coruscant chase :)

I don't know. I suppose it will be up to Trooperman. But I think the city shots look realistic instead of obviously just being desaturated. For the shot of Mace Windu there needs to be a way to alter the color of the background separately from the people.

AOTC dvd.. Photoshop for edits.I remember that a new for its age thing that make star wars so popular and successful was that everything wasn't shiny and new.And in that case of Coruscant down levels it has to look a bit darker less fancy. The curius is in some shots the balance is perfect.Always trying to catch a bit of the old films feeling .IMO always. Like Luthor said: It looks alien...I lacks that human's touch.
