Well I think that is best to finish with the "easy" ones as global color correction and then start editing and do a shot by shot more careful color correction.

Ady i assume can help or give you tips :)

I suggest to make global changes such as color correction and then go to the edit room.

As fo the recoloring armors AE can do the job pretty well.

Yes true, but the whole scene is f*cked up from compositing POV. so i didnt bother to make a new one just fix the colors.

See the shot and you will see that the second SD magically is moving with ludicrous speed to the left....

Red cockpits, Cyan panels, magenta ships and bad contrasts.

Anyways i made some more civilized colors i add endor to define some space and depth.

Executor now has his own subtle blue/cyan color.

Obi cuts maul's saber into half. then we see an explosion of nowhere. then Obi tries to hit maul on the ground but he fails.

SO...

I added the missing scortch mark in the ground and the other piece of mauls saber.

Plus i added the missing reflection of green saber from obvious missing rod/.

EDIT: I put the green reflection in the wrong place folks.It needed to be lower. So dont bother. i was wrong..

A quick question that ive noticed when ady posted a comparison pic of the pink- depink TMP.

I this shot we see Qui glon lighted from behind with a strong light-sunlight. But the BG have strong lights but it looks very toned down.

My question is if that is correct and what looks best.

can you give some examples of what you mean by the contrasts?

The TMP have all the contrasts down. For example you will see all the sabers faded with never pure white to the cores.

It seems all the movie has been toned down.
