WRONG KIRK!!

I forget: Does "Han" very in pronunciation onscreen, or only off?
It does vary onscreen. In ESB, Lando tends to pronounce it like "hand" without the D, rather than "hawn." Then 3p0 picks up the variant pronunciation when Lando is being strangled.
I never really got into DS9 when it first aired, so I've decided to watch it. Currently on season 3, and so far my feelings are mixed. The storyline is interesting and the characters are ok (admittedly, I'm having a harder time connecting with them than I did with the TOS and TNG crews), but it's nowhere nearly as gripping and interesting as, say, Babylon 5.
I've heard that the last four seasons are quite a bit better than the first three, so hopefully that's accurate. I wouldn't say it's been bad so far by any means...just not exactly captivating.
True, but that one's a bit unique in that pronunciation vacillates in the actual movie.
You mean you're a...?
Yeah, he's always had a hard time pronouncing his own fictitious proper nouns. Other examples of this are Naboo ("Nay-boo"), Gungans ("Goongas"), and Dooku ("Doe-koo").
This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels, and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.
Like this?

Hey there, you young whippersnapper. How would you like a boiled sweet? By the way, here's a picture of my junk:
lol @ the number of times ABC has announced that he'll stop posting in this thread, only to return with further clarifications and qualifications. Kinda reminds me of this:
Yeah, right. Frink doesn't have enough strength in his ancient, bony, arthritic hands to choke anyone effectively...

I'm still not even sure what it is, but I love it.
The Atar-what? I swear, I don't get even half of what you old geezers are always rambling on about...
;)
What they did to me was wrong, as is their secrecy about it and their lies, and their refusal to punish people who called me names.
It's kinda ironic that you want people punished for "calling you names," when you claim to detest censorship and champion freedom of speech so much.
What and spoil the undisclosed potential for surprise, Who?

I checked out wookiepedia about force ghosts and Vaders Ghost is apparently unique in that he did not make himself a ghost Obi-wan and Yoda did so he could complete his training, which is the official explaination anyway. So it's Dead Sith to become Dead Jedi with a little help from others.
Good lord. Seriously? This isn't a joke?
Speaking of a fan-made mashup of Star Wars and Doctor Who, BBC America said:
Let’s face it, it’s only a matter of time before George Lucas does this anyway, the man’s a born fiddler:
The Yoda card cuts both ways, though. Luke lights up first in the cave on Dagobah, and his aggressiveness there seems to be the reason that he failed the test.

So... I finally finished downloading this today, and Jdownloader was kind enough to extract it for me. Then I deleted the original archive files. Then I thought to myself "I don't need the AUDIO_TS folder, I'll delete that too."
So I deleted the VIDEO_TS folder by mistake. Now I need to redownload the whole thing.
I have failed you for the last time.
Assuming your harddrive isn't filled to the brim, did you try recuva before re-downloading the whole thing? Could save you quite a bit of time and effort...

Man, I forgot all about this thread.
Bob--> Old Bob--> Redundant Bob-->Bob
Fixed.
I don't understand what you guys are talking about. You keep saying the site is down, but I'm able to see it just fine. Besides, how come you're all able to post that the site is down, if it's really down? I'm starting to think that this is just one big confusing practical joke. :(
I just found out that walmart.com has a funeral section. ('Cause nothing screams "dignified passing" like merchandise from walmart.)
So I'm browsing through the funeral section in a state of semi-bewilderment, when lo and behold I see a casket for sale. The brand? "Dad remembered." Classy, eh? Here's a picture.
