Sorry if posted before. Some may have seen it.
I thought that this was an interesting video about the prequels and what they tried to accomplish, but didn’t; and how it relates to the original trilogy and the saga as a whole.
Warning:
Don’t let the title of the video miss lead you.
One day we will have properly restored versions of the Original Unaltered Trilogy (OUT); or 1977, 1980, 1983 Theatrical released versions (Like 4K77,4K80 and 4K83); including Prequels. So that future generations can enjoy these historic films that changed cinema forever.

That was a very funny video, however it does make you wonder if people who are deaf can miss read what you say.
Have you seen the other Star Wars ones they’ve done?

Here’s a video with Mark, Carrie, Peter, David Prowse, and the droids on some British talk show circa 1980. Carrie looks great here, and Mark talks about the prequels that were evidently already in the works before Return of the Jedi.
Years ago, I came across this video. As you will see, it’s unfinished and there’s no sound. I then added music/sound effects. I was compelled to do it because it really seemed like an interesting intro for a fan SW film. Like some rebels hijacked a Star Destroyer in order to find the Death Star during its construction and relay the information to the Rebel Alliance. Of course, plan fails and ensue Imperial attack!
Really wish the original person came back to Youtube and finish the job, but he or she hasn’t been on for a long, long time…,

Yeah they are funny too.
Mark Hamill talking about the prequels on British TV back in 1980:
(Also includes Mark Hamill stroking a cat while wearing an awful sweater and Carrie Fisher trying not to laugh at ‘Star Wars Stew’).

Sorry my bad.

Here’s a video my favorite theater, the Alamo Drafthouse, just put together.
What if Wookiees…sounded like Pee-wee Herman?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FPyn34QUDY
Also posted up video of their premiere night festivities for TFA at their main theater in Austin, Texas.
Along with all the old Kenner Star Wars toy commercials, that Pee Wee-Wookiee video was one of several they played before the film. In fact, I was just logging in to post it. I saw it at the theater in the video, theater 4 also, but not during that opening night insanity. Alamo did it up big for the film. They had some nice looking T-shirts for sale but it was crazy crowded. I decided to wait until the second time I went and just a few days later they were all sold out. Still can’t find them anywhere online.
Now THIS was fascinating! A must watch!
22-minute documentary on John Williams scoring The Empire Strikes Back.
Not really a “find”, since I made it, but I put together a very basic video of all of the major differences between the Dolby/Mono mixes of the original film since the Starkiller Guide doesn’t function properly anymore and was missing quite a few bits: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aeXpcYcZNDw
So, a new book came out and we learned so much, and it is called, “Anguilosaurus, Killer of the Living”.

This is great. Awesome work!
My favorite video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6uNvQich8g&feature=youtu.be&t=13s
I know I’ve made some very poor decisions recently.
Some short fan film called Rebel Scum shot on real location (Canada) to capture the bitterness of Hoth. Acting/story pretty lackluster though (common trend among fan films I guess…). Still, I liked effects/worn aesthetic of the costumes/equipment.

This is more of a cross-over find. We were discussing childhood crushes at work and I mentioned my first and biggest (by far) - Susan Dey. Swoon. She was on The Partridge Family. I never missed an episode and was always particularly interested when the story focused on Laurie. I decided to look for a good clip from the show to send my younger co-workers. My search led to one of the best episodes 😉 The one where Laurie’s braces pick up a radio signal. I found the clip.
Look who happened to be the guy with the radio…
WHile reading up on another subject, I ran across this article. Most of us probably are aware of how SW influenced the way movies are listened to, but if not, heres a good article that addresses that.

So some one has made a “Despecializzed Edition Fan Trailer.”
I believe it uses V2.5 footage and is edited like The Force Awakens trailer.
It’s really good.
