I am making archival copies of the Princess Cut and the Miramax Cut. They have no menus, but are in Anamorphic Widescreen and have 18 chapters. They would make a nice companion to the Recobbled Cut. If you would like a Combo Pack, PM me and I'll send it to you for free. But if you just want the Archival DVDs, that's fine by me.

I just talked with my mom about this ordeal. As I don't have a job right now and she has to finance the sending, she won't let me do it. Maybe when I do get a job, I can start this business again. But until then, I sincerely apologize for the inconvience. I really wanted to do this, but my mom doesn't want to throw her money into this.

What are your sources? ocpmovie's DVD-Rs came from a R2 Japanese 16x9 DVD (Miramax cut) and a letterboxed screener VHS (Princess cut). I know he's the only one in the world that has that screener tape and the Japanese disc is out of print. The pan & scan Miramax cut is off limits (and worthless) since it's widely available in R1.

Why on earth would you want to create a pan & scan Recobbled Cut? ocpmovie spent quite a lot of time searching out sources to give us a 100% widescreen version. If anyone absolutely can't stand seeing the film in widescreen, they can just watch the crappy pan & scan Miramax DVD. I know of the controversies surrounding ocpmovie and bootlegging here, but you have no right to butcher such a great fan edit. The film has suffered enough with pan & scan DVDs being out there and it would help if the fullscreen versions were wiped off the radar completely.

The sources are from Google Video.

And like I said, I cancelled the Fullscreen Recobbled Cut. The only reason I'm making the others Fullscreen is because most of my relatives hate Widescreen (which is sad, I try to make them understand.)

Hi ZigFried!

I have the complete Thief and the Cobbler torrent that ocpmovie put up on Myspleen, which has loads of extras, including the workprint and the widescreen Miramax Cut, in quality a hell of a lot better than the Google video one. And I downloaded a load more stuff.
Have you got all of this stuff? If not, do you want it?
