Can hardly wait.
I really enjoyed it. Hope you do too.

I don’t suppose that doc explains how the Emo Phillips version of Journey To The Center Of The Earth mutated into a sequel to Alien From L.A.?
Where were you in '77?

Let me guess: browsing through Netflix.
WRONG
“Inception” - for the first time. I’ve no idea what it’s about except for the few clips from trailers I’ve seen here and there. Looks groovy!
I love Inception. Have tried to get the wife to watch it several times but she can’t get past the part where she hates Leo.
The Conjuring. I’m always wary of modern horror films coming out of Hollyweird, but Vera Farmiga’s in this one, so I’ll give it a shot.
I thought it was quite good.

I also share your love of Inception and surprisingly enough have the same issue with getting my mom to watch it.
It’s going to be The Empire Strikes Back Ady style with Jonno’s support feature reconstruction. WUP! WUP!
I plan on watching The Yellow Submarine next, then Roman Polanski’s Repulsion then Fritz Lang’s M. Depending on how things go, I may watch TESB Revisited between any of those movies.

I should probably get around to downloading it now that I’m back.
What’s this Jonno thing?

Let me know what you think of M.
I got “The Great Train Robbery” from the library.
So I guess that’s my next movie sawn?
TAFKA TheBoost
I enjoyed watching all the Halloween movies over the course of a week so I’ve decided to do another series.
My other half wants to watch the Saws (which I’ve never seen) but I’d quite like to rewatch the Nightmare on Elm Streets or the Police Academys (some I’ve never watched and neither of which I’ve seen this century!)
I can’t decide and I don’t have time to watch them ALL…
When all else fails, flip a coin.
And what do you do when the coin fails?
Hire a team of philosophers to debate the meaning of the failure.
Getting you nowhere, as you can’t get a concrete decision out of a single philosopher, let alone an entire team. So now what?
When every avenue has been explored, all invariably leading to deadlock, one final outcome only is possible:

He has done fun reconstructions of the sorts of adverts, trailers and support pictures that would have preceded the showing of the original films in the UK.
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre or that cornball Lost in Space movie, whichever one I’m in the mood to watch first.

“As long as there’s no find, the noble brotherhood will last but when the piles of gold begin to grow… that’s when the trouble starts.”
A Top 20 film for sure.
