Update Jan 10 2009:
Have begun to work out the deleted parts I want to put back into the movie. If you got any suggestions what you want to see, please feel free to give me feedback.
One deleted scene that will be inserted is the alternate beginning of the movie.
-----------------------------------------------------
I'm a new faneditor from Sweden who has just started on this little project of mine. The plan is to incorporate some of the deleted scenes back into plot. I'm using as source the two -disc special edition DVD version of the movie. My hope is that this will be ready sometime during the summer. I’m gonna keep posting updates during my work on the film. Best regards, The RockRope
Working on the Extended Cut of The Incredible Hulk.
If there is someone out there, who can give me some info about if and which deleted scenes other than those on the 2-disc dvd version there are on the bluray version I would hen really appreciate if you could post a list here.
Thanks.

That is the same amount of deleted scenes on the DVD-version. So in other words are there no more extra scenes on the Blu-ray at all?
It's obvious that these scenes were all cut early on, for multiple reasons. First, they're all in 480p MPEG-2 format, so their resolution is poor, particularly in light of the incredible quality of the feature film's video. Second, the audio is strictly a two-channel affair. Third, the video is completely free from any semblance of post-production work, as indicated by the poor contrast and lack of color saturation.
Yes, I know that that the scenes are somewhat subpar compared with rest of the movies quality, but I will try to fix that problem in this cut.
Many of the earlier scenes, like Banner doing yoga or building his chemistry set, were justifiably cut. But most of the scenes in the middle of the film, such as Banner interacting with Betty's new boyfriend or the General talking with his second in command, would've really added some good context or exposition to the main work. As a result, the last two-thirds of these deleted scenes are a must watch.
Actually my plan is to use most the scenes. Some scenes will perhaps be edited slightly to be shorter.

The only difference is that the alternate opening is in HD on the Blu-Ray, if I'm not mistaken.

The deleted scenes on the blu-ray are the same as those on the 2/3 disc DVD sets, which total about 42 minutes (including the alternate opening).
The deleted scenes that have not been released (up to another 30 minutes worth) are mainly the origin scenes, which were originally going to be used as flashbacks throughout the film but in the end were mainly used for the title sequence.

I think most of the scenes are quite worthwhile and I'd like to see a version of the film with all of them put back in but it would probably drag a bit and wouldn't be the ideal cut of the film.

Perhaps they will be released in the future, but who knows. Because the ideal cut of the movie would be to use all deleted scenes and take the best parts and put them back into the film. Especially begin the movie with the new origin story and so on.

My plan with this cut is not to use all deleted scenes, only the ones that helps to make the story better. I will probably use 30 min of the deleted scenes to make this extended cut.

I like the idea of the Extended cut but it is missing the key 30 mins. However, I think there are a tons of great scenes left on the floor including the Alternate opening of Bruce grappling with his curse. I am all for this edit.
Good trailer, although! I would call it more of a teaser.
Ideas: Some ideas I was toying with myself was to bring more of the original Incredible Hulk to the front. Edward Norton tried really hard to honor the original television series but the studios cut a ton of it. Here is some ideas to make it really kick ass.
- When Bruce Banners eyes begin to change the "mean green" audio from the TV series could be used, the audio is a screeching noise with sounds of the ghosts that he suffers from. This was sadly missing from the new film and would have made the transformation scenes more familiar (more HULK out that people wanted). Here is an example of the audio of Hulking out from the Tv series - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bkaVndO0yg
You want people to get interested add this on all the trasnformation, just this little audio will make a differnce in the transformation scenes
- More of the wonderful "Lonely Man" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4_5c1OJXc4 score intergrated into the film. this could be used in several spots. Also could be great in the opening deleted scene of maybe use in the end credits. Here is an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5C6ftT6BSFw&feature=related
-No god aweful Tony Stark cameo ending, this is Hulk's film not his - end on him controling his change as orginally intended and let the credits roll.
- You can use some of the original pilot and crop it to 2:35.1 to extended the opening showing even more of the controls and the gamma DANGER sign, the chair as shown here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_wsudLasf4
If your really good at editing you can create a whole new scene using this stuff - More opening - the countdown to event shots, the shots at 1:42-1:50 looks like Norton plus the computer reed- outs... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G-gJZqlZLA
I have tons more ideas, hell I may make a cut myself.
Good luck
Remember, Highlander, you’ve both still got your full measure of life. Use it well, and your future will be glorious.

Thanks for the feedback. I will think of some of your ideas and maybe use some of them in my work.
I have just getting started on this work and I want it to become a much better movie than it was before.

Update Feb 14:
About 65% of the first cut of the movie are done. I have taking a break on the making on the trailer, but it will be done soon. I will also take some needed R & R on this work. So, if you got any other suggestions how this movie should look like I would be pleased to read them here soon also.

It has been almost a year since I posted anything new about this project. I decided in February last year that I needed some R & R on this project. Since then some sad things have happened in my life so I have decided to terminate this project and let someone else have a go on this movie project.
Working on the Extended Cut of The Incredible Hulk.
I'm going to be working on this.
I've done some extended versions, but none in the last ... 10 years or so.
I'm glad that someone is taking this on, and I wish you much success.
T.I.H. is such an under rated film. I think Edward Norton did so much for that film, and it's a real shame (but no shock) that his character input ideas were disregarded and unwelcome by the producers and director. When they have a talented and appropriate actor in the title role, I want to see more character development and a much more talkative script. It's only when you have goof ball glam boys and no talent bombshells in these action films (See any Michael Bay film for an example) that I just want explosions, some naked nipple, a few cheesy one liners, and a plot hole filled quick to the finish ending.

Well, that's the balancing act they have to play. When Hulk 2003 came out, everyone complained "too much talking, not enough action". When TIH came out, everyone complained "too much action, not enough talking".
You can't please everyone.
