Hi there Frink.

I'm not here to request anything, i just want to make a couple of questions and i don't know where to post them...

I searched a lot of fanedits, but i don't if their good or not.

What i want is to watch THE ORIGINAL THEATRICAL VERSION OF STAR WARS, and since GOUT is not that good...

Whats the best fanedit to watch the theatrical version ?

And whats the best fan remasterization ?

Also i did not find any good prequels edits and would be good if could recomend any to me.

 JasonN's are good but they're currently only in SD.  I prefer L8wrtr's trilogy.  Q2 and Hal are also getting good reviews.

My second question was if there is any good remasterization, like more effects and fixed things....  Adywan revisited version already does that, and does it pretty good.

I've been searching for laserdisc's preservations, and i found them... but i didn't found any links.

If you could just point me the site where the preservations are, you would help me a lot.

Do you have the BD25 versions of Q2's prequel trilogy?  The newsgroup ones are corrupted it seems, and (to my knowledge) they have never been available in file lockers, which would in my opinion make them much easier to obtain.

I don't have a Blu-ray burner so I've never downloaded a BD version of any fanedit.

It's on info.  To do what you are asking for, I'd have to separate the audio and upload it...wouldn't it just be easier for you to download it?

I just checked and I'm seeing the DVD9 online, the DVD5 off...which is weird.

Hey Frink, i'm looking for a darker edit of ROTJ, any recommendations?

Adjust your tv settings.

I'm not aware of too many ROTJ edits.  Your best bet would probably be to go to FE.org and/or IFDb to ask that question and read the reviews of the available edits.

And of course, the real way to guarantee success is to give it a try yourself.
