This is probably a huge reach, but for the added scene with Leia & Snap on D’Qar (I think its from Jakku Message?), did NeverAr & Sir Ridley happen to take out the timecode for the whole scene or just the frames used in TFA:R?

I forgot to mention in the notes that I used that LUT, applied at 60%. Dang it, forgot about that. I can’t even remember for sure who supplied it….

They’re two cuts of the same movie, but I think either maintains good continuity with Rey Nobody.

I think the line is fine, personally. It feels like Kylo is genuinely unhinged at that moment and is expressing disbelief that there is more to the report, regardless of what it is. It could reasonably be expected that the First Order would interrogate those on Jakku to find out about Rey, and this report is given to Kylo before he reaches Maz’s castle along with the report by Kanji Club.

Sure, you could imagine that there is a backstory to Rey that motivates this question, but it can be interpreted either way.

Where I can get your latest edits for the sequel trilogy? I’ve seen TFA like 3 times maybe, TLJ and RoS only once… I’m dying to see your edits.

That’s actually not true, but a persistent rumor. Clarke did find it interesting enough when it was pointed out to him that he included it as an idea in 2010 (the book) as a rumor as well.

Quick question: What’s the difference between the regular files and the smaller ones (other than the size)? i see a 20GB difference so I’m wondering…

There are four form factors I release in:

~25GB MKV suitable for someone who wants max quality or to author to a Blu-Ray disc. Max quality but can be played most ways.

~10GB mp4. Probably best option for most people. Very good quality and all that. Suitable for most playing methods.

~3GB mp4. 720p resolution instead of 1080p, but still a good quality presentation for people not too worried about picture and sound quality and just need an economic way to get and watch the edits.

DVD5. It’s a DVD version, for if you wanna watch it while visiting your great-grandparents or something.
