I’m sorry, this project has been cancelled, I might come back to it in a few months. But thats only a maybe. I am very busy at the moment so thats the reason. I also do not have the eqipment to do something as large scale as this.

I hope you know what you're doing. Have you experimented with your rewritten dialogue and the mouth flaps yourself? I know most movies get heavy ADR, but that dubbing is done with the same lines as the on-set performance. Changing the script, when not done carefully, will look as bad as an old Chinese kung-fu flick with low-budget dubbing.
If you're serious about this, you may wish to try sites specifically designed with voice-acting in mind rather than here, such as the VAA or BTVA. Professional projects sometimes succeed there.

I also do a passable McDiarmid (not that his TPM performance needs work done on it it's one of the film's few saving graces).
Maul would be good. He needs more lines.
I think the character of the Feds was sort of right (they are being led to the slaughter with the promise of advancement) but the fake Japanese accents are very offensive.
London Bankers are much more believable. Think Bullington Club.
I can do a pretty good Ewan Mcgregor/Alec Genus. And I have the equipment to properly record it. I'm also young so it would be good for a young Obi Wan.

I think the most important character to dub over is Jar Jar. But what type of accent or voice should be used?
Jar Jar should have a prominent gay lisp.
I have a Northern Irish accent,.....the first 2 people you hear in TPM have Ulster accents,......why not change the rest to fit?
