Yeah and this happened https://www.syfy.com/syfywire/spider-man-sam-raimi-twin-towers
Some of the Youtube comments are crazy, like “download it asap before SONY/Disney decide to remove it…” - no guys, there’s no need to worry, YoshiKiller2S already (generously) shared the raw file so it’s perfectly safe! 😃
Honestly it’s crazy the response you got, considering the relatively modest response to this being shared in HD for the first time:
Lots of people seem to think that because this trailer was pulled in cinemas it’s less likely to be preserved in high quality - nope! Even the Orphanage, a 2007 film, its trailers are not in HD (I preserved the Teaser).

Say what you will about the film or the franchise (although I did like the film), but personally, I think this is the absolute best trailer ever for a movie. I want to thank anyone and everyone who ever put forth any effort or resources to preserve this in HD.
I tried colour correcting it, though with no reference so no idea if it’s actually correct

Not a final upload, plan on working on it more maybe

HELP WANTED!! Looking for someone who can HDR Colour Grade.
So for a while now, I’ve been thinking of doing a V2 of my remaster of the 4K scan. I’ve wanted to tweak the colour grading, but then I got the idea, “What if we added HDR?” So That’s what I plan on doing.
The problem is I don’t know how to colour grade something in HDR, so I’m looking for some help.
If you want to help, please DM and I will get back to you.
Thank You
-Yoshi
Don’t have any HDR hardware myself, but, if you have the raw scan in a form that can be converted back to linear light (for example with only gamma applied), you could probably easily convert this into the Rec2020 PQ HDR color space, simply taking advantage of the naturally high dynamic range of the film. This could be done with AVISynth for example, or with LUTS, I think. Iirc, the brightest spot I’ve seen on the German trailer is that little inserted sunlight in one of the shots of Spiderman swinging.
I know that’s technically not a proper grade (in the sense of having an actual HDR preview and adjusting parameters on-the-fly) but it might be something to try in the meantime until someone can do a proper grade.
The link on your YouTube release of it is dead sadly

Any chance it could be re-uploaded or shared again?
