Anyone know a good (free) anti-virus program with firewall support?

My McAfee AV has expired, and I want a good, free program with firewall support, specifically that can help me block certain programs from accessing the internet. Any suggestions?

I use AVG antivirus and Kerio firewall - suits me fine.
