Great job on the jacket. "Skills you have, no longer an apprentice are you"
Looks good! It's amazing to see the lengths you're going to for this edit.
Have "fun" with the computer. :p

now to complete the monstrous task of filling out all the customs forms.
Ady, your flat is all blurry. Is everything ok over there?
Looks beautiful- can't wait to see them in action!
Wow, outfits look great!
Insuring them would probably be a good idea but can you get insurance on a costume?
You can get insurance on anything you ship, I would imagine. Setting a value is the real trick. :p

Well said HotRod....
Things have certainly been quiet from Ady's com-station lately, has anyone heard if someone has stepped up to the plate on his request for a spring loaded hand grip for a cabling system yet?
I sent Ady a sketch of a design that can be built with common hardware store materials - 1x2 wood and plastic plumbing pipe.
My outlook on life - we’re all on the Hindenburg anyway…no point fighting over the window seat.
Just like the A-Team!!
^The Adywan Team even :-D
very cool.................the costumes look amazing.
Every 27th customer will get a ball-peen hammer, free!
Excellent job on the Hoth Trooper costumes, Ady. First rate likeness to the movie props.
Hey ady, I got a technical question for you,
What's the best filetype and settings to render a digital copy of a full-length film under 1GB?
Star Wars Renascent
Inspired by the Godfather Part II and a revamp of Star Wars: Reborn
Why is this cant be in PM?
Just to bump the topic?

He's not the first to pose a question "in the open" vaderios.
Why shouldn't he?
If other people can contribute that way as well, maybe it could even work out better than he dared to hope.

Wouldn't the High Defintion version of ESB be a BD-9, and not a AVCHD disc?
Then it can have all of the fancy features of BD, but be easier for more standrad users to replicate and author.
"BD-9" and "AVCHD disc" are the same thing. Blu-Ray format on a DVD-9.
Technically, BD-9 is inaccurate anyway, since it's burned using a red laser on DVD media, not Blu-Ray media. AVCHD disc is the correct term.

No, they are not the same. You could consider AVCHD to be a "stripped-down" version of the Blu-ray Disc format with different specs to BD (bitrate/codec restrictions, etc.)

BD9 is an official format for Blu-ray Disc video on a 8.5GB dual-layer DVD. Commercially it didn't catch on as the manufacturing cost of 25/50GB Blu-ray media dropped, but it's popular with home users. (By extension, BD5 is the same on a single-layer DVD, but this is an unofficial format.)

Really? That's very surprising to me. I've been taught that BD-9 and AVCHD disc were interchangeable terms.
I've been getting a few things wrong here lately...
It happens with extreme advanced age.
Amazing costumes. This project really is something.
Yes, I can't think of any other edit that has cameos by the editor and costumes, other than Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze - DeTarnished. (which is almost done!)

The Hoth Trooper costumes are now awaiting pickup for shipping to the USA & the 2nd unit. Just thought i'd give you a peek at how they turned out.
Awesome work on these adywan! It's good to know 'ol Rogue Leader and his gang are nearer to running around like madmen for the replacement footage you need.
I can't recall where I came across this shot below, but I'm interested to know where your 2nd unit have decided to actually film their footage.
