First off the color is fantastic, worth it just for that.
The emperor looks AMAZING!
All cloud city shots look amazing! Look the moving skys!
The New shot of cloud city made me literlly say OMG! ABSOLUTELY Awe inspiring!!!

Just little "nit picks" I have with it, I kinda liked the orginal backgroud when luke is walking through the building, they kinda distract me. It also looked slightly grainy, but I understand.

In fact... The buildings have the correct perpespective but it should have a blue shadow tint because of the sky reflection :)

Amazing trailer, Ady! The Cloud City shot looks extremely well done, as does almost everything else in the trailer.
However, I do have some small nitpicks.
In the shot of the balcony, Lando, Leia, and Chewie's outlines are pretty blurry. I'm sure this is ILM's fault, and not Ady's, but is there any way of making their outlines a bit more sharp?
In the shot of the Hoth soldiers lining up with their guns, the new background looks just a bit too much like a matte. Maybe add some subtle shadows or something to make it a little more three-dimensional?
Other than that, absolutely perfect trailer. I was kinda looking forward to seeing the lightsabers not flicker at all, but the way they look in the trailer is most definitely an improvement over the way they looked and flickered in the original movie.
Also, how come you decided to remove the TIEs firing in the trailer? I liked that addition.

I agree. I think he's done a good job on the trailer, and I foresee the finished project will be just as good.
As for what to talk about...hmmm? Well, if you were revamping ESB, what would you do?
Carrie Fisher nude thoughout the film, is my first thought. But not so much as she is now...
But yeah, that is a constructive question to ponder(bobba) there.
I think a lot of frustration as to what the SE's could have been has already been vented in this thread, so its time to think a little out of the box.
I for one have been thinking a lot, and seeking insperation for a custom DVD cover set. And its got me no where.

Alright, I went through the film and found examples of all the pit shots to compare, and I ran into a problem:
The pits on the Executor and Avenger are set up differently. Check it out:
You can see that Executor's stations are set up in a straight line, none against the outside wall.
The Avenger has them staggered. The bottom right shot comes from what is supposed to be the Executor, but is obviously a flipped shot of the shot above it (the SE puts the commander's rank on the correct side).
Now Ady's beautiful new shot uses an Avenger bay on the Executor. I'm sure no one will notice (no one has mentioned the bottom left shot before!), and I think if the new shot is short enough, even less people will notice its a reuse. If Kershner can do it in the original, Ady can now.
EDIT: look at the different colors in every shot! Who quality checked this thing?!
I do really wonder if the great and powerful Adywan is going to do anything about this, I know his awesomeness is great and he is very skilled in what he does, so perhaps we will see another tweak ?! :D

Here is a slight tweak. Just light in lukes eyes makes it more convincing. I don't know how it looks on a brighter moniter but it looks pretty good on my computer. What i did was added slight lens flare in lukes eyes. then cut luke from tweaked image and popped him into the original picture.
