I think the world might be better off:

Think of all the great one-liners.

Wow, that is really creepy.
However some of his other Marvel comics character figures are pretty cool looking;

They’re a bit too modern-looking I feel, but some of these are pretty neat;

Walrus Jabba

Well, at it seems people will soon be able to buy an action figure of an “Imperial Ground Crew”, which I personally find really funny.
The reason we’re getting this figure is, this is the imperial costume (minus the helmet) that Jyn wears at the end of the original Rogue One trailer. It even comes with those batons she likes to fight with.
i think you might be on to something there.

That custom uses the head from this guy, who only ever appeared in one episode of He Man.
So evil Pepto Bismol colored buff bunnies get more love it seems. 😉
Where were you in '77?
Wow never saw that before… That’s the Storm troopers that get blasted running in to the Hanger. We only ever see the Gun being set up on the other side of the Hanger. And those troopers don’t get blasted away.
There is 2 mobile turrets or there are 2 alternate takes mixed.

I kind of hope he isn’t, mostly because we have had too many movies with the emporer already (lol, honest typo that i am consciously leaving as is). even though for the time-frame it would make sense to have him show up (he was in ROTS, even though he doesn’t appear in SW, so if you view the entire cannon story he should be around somewhere). A very brief Vader encounter is about all i want to see of the usual crew in this movie.
He could still be heard. I doubt Palpy wastes hologram minutes on any underlings other than Vader.

someone shared this here somewhere already i think, but can’t find it right now. in either case, it is quality entertainment!
Meet Darth Detoo - www.jalopnik.com/another-rogue-one-droid-has-been-revealed-and-its-an-r2-1786021873
(I’m quite pleased about this, as I always liked the black ‘Death Star’ astromechs)
Did we see any before ROTJ? I guess Artoo and Threepio would have had a harder time sneaking around in the first film if all Imperial droids came in basic we’re evil jet black.

this is the least exciting thing i have heard in relation to Rogue One. not a fan of evil r2 design. looks too derivative.
Derivative of what? There were black astromechs in the OT.

I’m sure this guy counts.
Never thought I’d see an actual Angelfire link in 2016.

Most of the Imperial astromechs in Stars Wars were pretty colorful:

Yeah, I did a double take on the URL myself. I thought they had gone the way of geocities. 😉

Not much of a surprise. We don’t get to see him in Rebels, he’s only heard. So he’ll probably only be mentioned in Rogue One. It seems Disney tries to keep the OT progression of the Emperor reveal. Which could also mean that Lord Vader is going to have only a handful of minutes on screen.

I suppose these “clear dome” astromechs are supposed to be newer, more advanced models than R2 & co. Why haven’t we seen more of them in the franchise?

I feel the same way regarding Tripod.
There are “clear domes” in ESB and ROTJ, but they’re hard to spot.

And it turns out there was a black astromech in the first movie after all.

Yeah, here it is with the one I posted.
He might be more of a navy blue though.

Amazing the things still left to be discovered in these movies after all this time.
