How about telling a mod this instead of posting about it? Some people around here actually help us do our job, as we are not omniscient, nor awake 24 hours.
Where were you in '77?
HANSI!! Hey! Hansi! Over here!! HANSI!
I’ve been away for two days and I come back to this?! What the bloody hell’s been going on here?!

What?
Not enough people read the EU.
What?
I think he’s making a play on your Alien-themed avatar, and suggesting it’s some Alien-related anniversary or another.
But as far as I’m concerned, there’s only ONE Hatch Day:

Yes. You were an Alien egg and then you transitioned into a full-blown Alien.
Also Hatch chilis are amazing.

I’d like to stuff some Hatch chilis down a few people’s throats and pull the trigger until it goes “click.”
Wait, what were we talking about?
I like how the image insinuates that there’s a festival in Hatch, New Mexico celebrating the nation of Chile.

Now we know why Danfun isn’t posting regularly anymore:
The most recent unread post isn’t that big of a deal.
The Person in Question
I think I just figured out how The Room was made.

We get a heck of a lot of Jehovah’s Witness missionaries calling. In the past they would travel in pairs. Usually an old lady with a younger lady and now with a presumably married couple. They would always come very early in the morning when I had a long stressful evening. And always in the rain. It seemed very cynical. Most of the people living around here work shifts so waking people up to see an old lady getting wet is bound to be confusing and play on the natural desire to shelter people. I’ve been told not to let religious callers into the house so I always feel uncomfortable though I try to be polite. I know they feel the need to do it as part of their religious duty but with rare acceptions I never go for anything advertised like that. Their pamphlets also play on the fears of death and illness that the increasing aged population have in these parts.
Working out is really nice, and I don’t know why I ever stopped.

Do the pamphlets still play up the impending apocalypse? The illustrations I recall look like many a disaster flick made today.
Haven’t seen a JW around here since my former neighbors moved away a couple years back. Nice quiet types compared to the neighbors I have now. The only time they tried offering their services was right after my father passed away, but I’ve seen that tactic before.
I’d like to think the gargoyles on my front steps discourage certain people from approaching the front door these days. 😉
I heard what sounded like someone knocking very softly on my back door yesterday, but didn’t hear any footsteps or see anyone.

When a Jehova witness comes to my door, I just tell him Hail Satan and close the door.
Hopefully you don’t cut yourself on all that edge.

I don’t got no time for no stupid witnesses.
Adam and Eve, the patriarchs and Jesus were still Aryan last time I looked but they had friends of all colours and species and really clean vegetables and big too.
I’m told the give blood stickers work if you really can’t get the gumption to politely ask them to stop coming.
Seeing as the blood service are prejudiced I’m in two minds about promoting them. I’d probably veer more towards the promoting them side to be honest but anyone can have a blood disease so test the blood don’t jump to conclusions.
Haven’t been so excited for something since TFA.
