I didn’t think it was possible, but I’m getting used to it. I still don’t find the schtick all that funny, and I’d much rather have the old Frink back, but it’s becoming more tolerable for me all the time.

Probably not. We’ve been so saturated by shows like American Idol and The Voice and whatnot for so long that it would take a might blow to crack into that audience. Most people here probably don’t understand the kitsch and charm of Eurovision, and probably would just assume it’s a “Europoor” cheap knock-off of American Idol and it’s ilk.
Had they been a bit more punctual in coming over, they might have gotten a foothold, but as it is I think the market is too saturated.
I could be wrong though.

I might like it then, as I never liked Idol. I only ever watched it early in each season when all the hilariously awful singers would audition. Even then I would only watch one or two episodes at most, then not at all for a year.
