Meh. They almost always do. I hate this time of year anyway. Except for the weather. The weather’s perfect. But I hate the way my life is always structured this time of year.

I’m out a luck, out a love
Gotta photograph, picture of
Passion killer, you’re too much
You’re the only one I want to touch
I see your face every time I dream
On every page, every magazine
So wild and free so far from me
You’re all I want, my fantasy
If home is where the heart is, I haven’t been home in 15-11 years.
Aw.
I think “Homer the Heretic” was the first episode of The Simpsons I ever watched.
I’ve never really watched the simpsons. i tried watching the first episode the other night. it was okay but i didnt love it. am i to assume it gets much better? should i keep trying?
It does get better. The first season or two was somewhat uneven.
Am I the only one who thinks that DVD/Blu-ray releases of movies originally released during the VHS era should carry the exact same ads/trailers/etc. that came with their original VHS release?
yes, because that doesn’t even make sense and defeats the whole purpose of ads and trailers.
But … but … nostalgia.
NOT COMMERCIALLY VIABLE NIMROD.
I could sort of get carrying trailers that might have played before the film in its initial theatrical release… but VHS? Um, no.

That could be an interesting feature. Have them attached to the main feature and just skippable (like just have them as a chapter mark or a separate title that automatically leads to the movie title after viewed)
NOT COMMERCIALLY VIABLE NIMROD.
If that’s not a commercially viable Nimrod, then what is?

Here’s thought that’s somewhat less than random:
WTF is wrong with you?
Assholes like you are what’s wrong with me.
I do think it should carry any/all trailers from the VHS, if they are of the movie on the Vhs itself. If the trailers are of the movie on the tape/disc, they are extras, not advertisements. I think all extras on the vhs should be ported over to the DVD/blu-ray and any that were on the DVD should be ported over to the Blu-ray. This doesn’t apply to trailers for other movies on the tape or disc.
I take Darth IDs side but in content only, not in spirit or tone. duracell, i believe you have an unhealthy obsession with the past and nostalgia. its not just this theres alot of other things youve said or remarked. it seems unhealthy. not judging at all im far from healthy as well, just concerned. itl be alright buddy.
I was joking about the “nostalgia” bit in the post above.
Still, point taken.

I apologize if I inadvertently gave the impression of conveying any content whatsoever. My intent was solely to vent spirit (of the bitter variety) and tone (of the vicious and inexcusable type).
Thank you for your constructive critique, and I will strive to express myself more precisely in the future.
I read that post in an Early Cuyler voice and it made me ALLOL.
Loads of fun yesterday, as cops trying to flush out a suspect accidentally set a house down the street on fire. Good thing it wasn’t as windy as it is today.
And in all the excitement, I missed out on a wormhole forming.

There goes my chance to escape this rock.
Where were you in '77?

The rock of the 70’s was much better.
