Quickmedia Converter Audio Option Help

Hi im using a program called Quickmedia Converter and I'm hoping that there may be someone on this forum who is familiar with it. What I am trying to do here is convert an mkv movie with 3 audio track options into an iPod format, I am assuming that by just doing the conversion in easy mode it will automatically convert the video with the default audio track. I would like to convert the video with the second audio track as opposed to the default for personal reasons, so of course I am going to use expert mode, but when I look at audio options, it doesnt say anything about different audio tracks, it just says channels, which of course means stereo mono or 5.1 surround, but since its an iPod Im going to use 2 channels. Now does anyone think they have a solution to my problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

                                                        thanks,

Though it's not what you asked, I would simply try one of the other free converters like Handbrake or Staxrip.. Very easy to use imo.

hmm thank you but before i download anything do you know if it would support multiple audio tracks?

Just strip the unwanted audio before converting.
