ok guys i got word that he is ok for now. dont know anything beyond that.

"for now"?  that's a bit cryptic.   I really like to know exactly what l is going here.

A: The first thread is not true.

B : Shimy's information is not accurate.

C: Time Travel is involved.

according to Shim,  Dayv is ok for now.  I'd like to know what that means.   Also, I am not even sure that ShimyReturns is actually Shim. 

Man, the internet sucks when it comes to this kind of stuff.

If someone has an outlet for airing their mental illness that's got to be better than keeping quiet about it (if indeed Dayv is okay).

If he is okay (for now) that means the first post was not true which means it must have been posted by someone who didn't want to post the truth for some reason and thus illustrated a need to communicate something which might have been impossible without the internet.

All I meant was it is pretty much impossible to know what is really going on.

and if Dayv does indeed have a mental illness.   Dayv could be perfectly sane and this could all be sick joke.   

I remember back when I had my own forum, a supposed family member of Shawn's/Rotten Johnny's  came on there and claimed that Shawn/Rotten Johnny had been killed in an auto accident.  It turned out that is was just a sick prank by Shawn/Rotten Johnny.  

On other hand, I know sometimes Dayv life hasn't gone the way he has wanted it.   Back when I was a member of his mangler bros forum,   he posted video that made it look like he was going to commit suicide.   It scared the hell out of me.    It turned out that he did not commit suicide.

Someone with access to Dayv's account (which links to his other sites which have been taken down) claimed he died.

Someone else claims he is okay for now (which unless okay is a new definition of dead that I wasn't previously aware of) means he isn't dead.

I notice that Dayv's Youtube account had some recent activity on it, I'm not sure what that means.

I can't see why someone would untruthfully post that Dayv isn't dead on a thread devoted to the apparent news of his demise.

But unlike the cancer thread Dayv can only come back and confirm he wasn't telling the truth or his account was hijacked.

As far as I can tell dead people can't post on here.

So while nothing is clear certain probabilities present themselves more readily than others and when death is the starting point any further news has to be good news.

don't know myself.   but this is the internet.   People do weird things on it.

I somehow doubt his account got hijacked.   If it did,  Jay may be able to tell us the IP address of the person who posted that he was dead is different from the IP address Dayv normally uses.    

Again Ferris may be able to shed some light on this situation.

perhaps.  Like I said before, I hope he is not dead.   But I do want to know what they heck is going on here. 

another thought crossed my mind,  that Dayv did post the first post on this thread as a way of saying goodbye and then attempted suicide but failed in the attempt.  That could explain the "for now" part of Shim's post.

That's a possibility and one I hadn't considered.

If that has happened I hope he recovers soon and is given the room to at some point come back and maybe describe what was happening to himself.

 I read quite a few posts on the internet that worry me a little sure Poe's Law may come into play in these cases but it might help some people a bit if they got a inside view on someone else's problems.
