Not Enough Room On D Drive

This doesn't make any sence, when I try to export a project with Womble's Eport device, it says that they're may not be enough space on the drive, but the drive is empty! I have 53.6 GB free. Anyone have any ideas?

What is your filesystem ?
Because the good old FAT32 has a file size limit of 4GB

Is this just a warning before you export, or does the export fail and give this error?
Do you have write access to the drive?
