Im doing some extensive fan edits of the prequel trilogy, named Star Wars Revised. They are a special edition of sorts meant to be viewed with Adywan’s Revisited Versions. That being said, there will be a few different versions strictly due to saber colors.
Adywan’s Revisited- Adywan spoke to me and said his ditched project for the prequels would have seen every Jedi with Blue. Up till Luke in ROTJ, establishing a new beginning.
Most fan’s I’ve spoken to- DONT CHANGE THE SABER COLORS. Mace must have purple!!
Me- (Growing up in the 80’s pre-prequel era. Friends and I all assumed Green meant you finally became a Jedi, so Blue was training.) So, all padawan’s have blue and masters Green. This i also liked because it makes it easier to tell Anakin and Obiwan’s blades apart when they duel.
Blades are easy to change color once you’ve rotoscoped them, so. I thought i might as well try and sneak in some of the other colors into the Arena battle at least. If im not mistaken, there are a couple Jedi present at the Arena battle that use different colored blades in the comics/ games/ or other extended cannon. Can anyone help me to identify which of the Jedi it is and their blade colors from the EU.
