Looking for VirtualDub filters...

I'm looking for some cleanup filters for VirtualDub.
Specifically something similar to CTMedian or Despot filter. I've found several instances of white horizontal lines like this I'd like to remove.

I also wouldn't mind a halo removal filter similar to FixVHSOversharp, but not so limited and, um crappy(?)

I suggest you learn to script with AVISynth. The Descratch filter is ideal for removing those lines (I think I caught them all in TESB).

I'm ok with avisynth for basic stuff like cropping, resizing, etc. But when projects start including color correction, brightness and plugin filters it gets to be a pain in the rear and I move to virtualdub.
