What the hell did I just almost read?

I think he was just going on and on about how he’s a child molester who likes to go to children’s films and have weird, perverted fantasies.
I’m not exactly sure though. I’ll go on record stating that I could be wrong about that. I just skimmed the post. But that’s what I gathered.

Everything about the production was first rate. Good humor. This one joins TOMMORROWLAND, THE GIVER, and AMERICAN ULTRA among my list of all-time favorites!

I like those movies, they’re all underrated. But your all-time favorites?! Really?

We now have a perfect mass-psychology progra…I mean…delightful animation with an important message for our youth. And a PERFECT theme song to go with it! “TRY EVERTHING!” As we all know, this fear of turning comes from these despicable “lambs” who are ALL really just Westboro Baptist hatemongers… -“Be cheaper than a two dollar whore” BEE-BOP BE-BOP THUMP THUMP “TRY EVERYTHING!”-… Yet they would still DARE to teach their offspring that the predators are the problem with their mind opening drugs, and destruction of “normal” sexuality, and revolutionary overturning of all that humanity has considered essential in order to live as “our creator” has intended for such beings to live. Now this youth can recognize that ALL evil can be traced back to the prey that DARES to have ANY concern about their VASTLY morally superior predators… -“Do meth, crack, weed and pills” BEE-BOP BE-BOP THUMP THUMP “TRY EVERYTHING!”-… Why, predators are the real victims of slander and conspiracy of the prey. Because that’s what PREY does, NOT PREDATORS… -“Run trains for foreign gangbangers and pretend you don’t notice they want the rest of your family to die” BEE-BOP BE-BOP THUMP THUMP “TRY EVERTHING!”…“Don’t worry about consequences you just get back out and” BEE-BOP BE-BOP THUMP THUMP “TRY EVERYTHING!”… Of course, there will be those who DARE to suggest that girls have wound up as addicted prostitutes and even been killed by “TRY EVERYTHING!” Others have destroyed their futures by out of wedlock births along with every other “social pathology”. They might claim to know some of these girls. There might even be some who would try to point out that this is a PERFECT expression of the enlightened philosophy of needing to experience bad in order to have a balanced appreciation of good and evil. They might DARE to say that it is bashing your neighbor’s child’s head against a brick wall to have a balanced understanding of not hitting one’s head, but that just proves how evil those naysayers are… -“Wreck your natural sexuality and desensitize yourself to the filthiest practices then say you were born that way” BEE-BOP BE-BOP THUMP THUMP “TRY EVERYTHING!”-… I saw tween girls in the theater jump up and dance… -“Be a drugged-up oozing slop-skanks” BEE-BOP BE-BOP THUMP THUMP “TRY EVERYTHING!”…

What the hell? Where should I even start? Actually, I won’t start. That would take too long to break down… whatever THAT was.

I don’t think his point was that Satan made the movie, I think he was glad that it was teaching children to not be weary of predators. Whatever it was it sounded perverted and ridiculous. I would bet money it was a troll post though.

He’s more uncomfortable, but less obnoxious (purely for the infrequency of posts) than FlukeYourFrinkesty or whatever his name was.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” - “B”

This is the second time viewing this film and I enjoyed the humor much more this time around. You see my dog passed on the evening before seeing it the first time, so I was not in a very positive mood.

I cannot stop watching Pierrot le fou. I threw it on last week for the first time in years, fully expecting it to be one of those things that blow your mind when you’re 20 but don’t work nearly as well once you’ve got some distance from that initial viewing. I’ve watched it three times since then and I think I’m more in love with it than I was in college. Certainly not for everyone, but if you like the flavor of this trailer, I give it a glowing recommendation.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is pretty good, but the ending doesn’t feel earned. Weird choices were made in some places that felt… off.

C+

Would’ve been a B but the ending is just lazy, and Lex isn’t Lex

Batman v Superman

Very mixed feelings.

The good:
-Ben Affleck
-Gal Gadot
-Jesse Eisenberg (surprisingly)
-The action
-The effects
-Jeremy Irons
-The camerawork and cinematography

The bad:
-The script
-The pacing
-Henry Cavill
-The grim tone
-The all over the place plot
-The ending
-All the setup

Final rating: 5/10

Batman vs Superman: DOJ.

Enjoyable but had the potential for real greatness.

I just saw 10 Cloverfield Lane. It was very intense and exciting. I’d recommend that if you see it you go in without knowing anything more than what you see in the trailer.

Big Trouble in Little China - I watched it last night trying to lighten my mood.

I know if I would of been myself I would of loved the hell out of it.

I am not lost. I know exactly where I am, I am in some shitty fucking hell, which is exactly what I deserve. But you… YOU are lost. All my life I thought that I needed you, that I couldn’t survive without you, fuck! Fuck! It was the other fucking way around. It was the other way around.

Mind elaborating? I’m not having a go at you, I just don’t see how someone could dislike those films.

I can’t speak for Duracell, but I personally don’t care for those as much as the newer ones First Class and DOFP. The newer ones seem to be made with more appreciation for the source material (outside of Wolverine, who they’ve always had right).

I’d give X-Men a B probably, and X2 a B+

Really? I watched the first one and didn’t care at all. A meh rating of C sounds exactly right.

Believe it or not, some people don’t care about comic books either.

If not for the Flash Gordon comic strip, this site wouldn’t even exist. 😉

I don’t really like many comic book movies today, maybe because I’m just too oversaturated in them. Take last year, everyone said how good Age of Ultron and Ant-Man were, and how much Fant4stic sucked, I didn’t really think they were that far apart in quality. But I do think that the first two X-Men films are still the best in that franchise, and some of the best Marvel films I have seen.

Let’s just say that I’m a big fan of the X-Men comics from the '60s all the way up to the early '80s. These movies don’t capture what I love about those books – the aesthetics, the tone, the characterization of most of the characters, etc. – in the least.

As far as I’m concerned, these films are just grim ‘n’ gritty Wolverine films with the actual X-Men serving as underdeveloped, underrepresented afterthoughts.
