Those ROTJ SD bridge mock up looks great. It doesn't really bother me that they've re-arranged some things on the bridge. I don't see why they can't

Its not a simple rearangement...
It seems the whole structure is misplaced. See the pylons for example.
And its silly why an oficer blocks vader's way..

Does the movie ROTJ ever say that is the Executor? Aside from novels and EU? Which aren't CANON, If were going down the route that ONLY the films and their end credits are canon.
no it doesn't. btw vaderios, nice vid. the bridge edit u did gave me an idea. can u somehow do something that shows the shuttle on a display or out of the view port? vader asks where the shuttles going while he's looking out of the bridge, but its just space.
Right! The cannon is the ESB, that we see Vader's ship for the first time. With that as guide the ROTJ should follow.

I'm not too keen on that, I like the fact that Luke's sabre is similar to Ben's but unique, it signals that he is no longer just following in the footsteps of his idealised dream of what his father was but is a man in his own right and a Jedi in the mold of Obi-Wan but new (green is the colour of spring and re-birth).
I realise that is just a romantic interpretation of a piece of hardware but Vader does make a point of the new weapon and the skill needed to construct it.
ROTJ needs to clutch onto whatever mythic unique qualities it has.

It doesn't say that Vader's command ship is the Executor in ESB either.
Han says there are plenty of the things even though we only (as far as we know) see one in the films. It's possible, all be it unlikely, that he used more than one in that film.
It's make's more sense to see them as the same ship but either way that console is in a very stupid place, blocking a walkway that has been designed to put the command staff above the technicians, possibly to psychologically underline their rank.
awsome!. I never liked how dark that scene was.

Vader take LSD that sees a dot among other dots ;)
It couldn't be visible from a still shot ;)
That reminds me that the Hull and the star destroyer that is in front should be visible......
Especially the hull.

but why the "much like your father's" line in JEDI?

Just completetely ignore the holo. I messed up the saves and i hadnt the undo i was needed.
Considering ady's way of thinking i could propose a vader from 501st legion to move like the movie so the bridge isnt full in the middle of nowhere.

I like the holo.
The Empire cant invade Basketball. Basketball is a peaceful planet...
if it was blue that would answer question
but i agree the blue is more cold color and do not fit in with the warmth of tattooine
while green is a warmer color and fits bettah

I see your point..
The empire can Invade to Spaceballs

Orange of tattoine makes more contrast with the blue of the saber.
Green may popup better but the color corrupts with the blue of the sky.

Because it's like (as in being a lightsabre) but not the same, he didn't say, "exactly like your father's", besides that observation would still stand if Luke's blade was blue, Vader's blade is red (or pink on the DVD's) and the hilt is completely different.
And that's telling because though both are Skywalkers and Jedi, Luke pulls back from temptation.
"Because it's like (as in being a lightsabre)"
that for some reason sounds like obi-wan's point of view thingies

I always understood that he was implying that Luke had so far done pretty much everything the way that Anakin had done, and was toying with him, saying "Your father fell to me, it's only a matter of time before you do."
Clearly, the prequels ruined that interpretation, like many others.
the PT didn't have anything to do with it. luke built a new lightsaber and vader even says that he did. he's just toying with luke. "c its ur fathers lightsaber! want it? take it? its right here my little skywalker jr."

Spaceballs... I suppose I'm the only person here that thought that movie was a waste of two hours of life? :p The only time I laughed during the whole thing was when Dark Helmet looked at the camera and said 'did you get that?' Overall, I find most Mel Brooks movies very unfunny. Blazing Saddles had a few funny moments in it, but the only Brooks movie I truly liked was Young Frankenstein. That was a good one. :)
Anyway, uh... *comment on a recent ESB or ROTJ comment*
I enjoyed it. Personally, I'd like to see them make the proverbial Spaceballs II: The Search for More Money, riffing on the SW prequels.
Something went wrong with Mel around the time of Blazing Saddles (which is very over-rated) if you look at The Producers, Young Frankenstein and to a lesser extent Silent Movie and High Anxiety, it's hard to believe that the same guy ended up doing Life Stinks, Men In Tights and that Dracula spoof which was so bad I can't even be bothered to remember the title.
Everything about Young Frankenstein just works and it's reverentially close to it's source material in a way that Spaceballs really couldn't be (Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman aren't in it either). Mel understood the films he was referencing in Young Frankenstein but Spaceballs seems to be a spoof made by someone who doesn't really get the films he is sending up.
As for the ROTJ Executor Bridge, I think the main problem is that they had taken down and got rid of the antechambers off the corridor if those could be reinstated using footage from ESB the shield monitor console could be moved to there and we could avoid having a computer terminal in the middle of a walkway.
Move the scene to this location :
An idea I'd like to offer for ROTJ:R is Vader having flashbacks during his duel with Luke, just like here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RulmOAeJ4c

No No NO NO
HORRIBLE idea
the one thing I HATED about RotS was the damn dream sequences'
they were completely out off sync with the rest of the series, & would be one of the first things to go if I had the ability to do an edit.
Bingowings said: Do you want to see the project finished as a playable film or a flick book?
I like the idea, but I have to say I prefer your earlier work on it, specifically http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KLPe_e0ZJA — the quicker edits and shorter flashbacks are much more effective.
I'm with BarBar - this is an absolutely awful idea. It really bashes the audience over the head in a very inappropriate way.
Thank god adywan hates the flash back ideas completely so HE WONT BE DOING ANY FLASH BACKS.
"The other versions will disappear. Even the 35 million tapes of Star Wars out there won’t last more than 30 or 40 years. A hundred years from now, the only version of the movie that anyone will remember will be the DVD version [of the Special Edition], and you’ll be able to project it on a 20’ by 40’ screen with perfect quality. I think it’s the director’s prerogative, not the studio’s to go back and reinvent a movie." - George Lucas
