If Davnes had a few he wanted to put up there, or some of yours (the TIE Bomber run, for instance), just give me the reference number and I'll put them on the list.

It's a great list doubleofive, now it really want to sit down and watch that movie.
Maybe someone should ask teharri if your list could be linked to the thread leader (it couldn't really become it because we still get the odd ESB idea that Ady doesn't want to use).
Well I didn't see it explictly on doubleofive's list, but one of the thing's that bothered me since my second viewing of ROTJ is the shot of the A-wing crashing into the Executor's bridge.
Please change that to look less like a burning car rammed through the set.
Can we get some more B-wing action in? I love the B-wing, and McQuarrie made a beautiful painting of some B-wings fleeing an exploding Star Destroyer.

i dont really know how people felt about jabba being a seperatist leader in the PT, and carrying over some rust battledroids into ROTJ in his palace, but how about this for an idea?
battle droids on endor: perhaps the ewok village could be built atop a trade federation control ship ball thing. the rebels could maybe hardwire the control ship to provide an army to use at their disposal?
additional footage of rebel soldiers plugging in various items and messing about a jungle covered control room would need to be shot, and perhaps R2 would help.
only problem i guess would be that they would need to show up with the ewoks, and that would mean that the rebels wernt expecting to use them as they wernt expecting the trap etc.
maybe if the jabba seperatist idea went through, a subplot could be jabba possessing some ability to control droid forces by some means. the rebels either want to buy it off him or killing him was a means of gaining it, saving han would have been a secondary motive.
it would kinda be like return of the king with the army of the dead.
I'm not sure about Jabba have PT battledroids (he has a finally balanced deal with the Imperials which I don't think would be allowed to happen after ROTS if he had been an out and out Seperatist).
It might be good to see some salvaged Seperatist materiel being used by the Rebels though (especially if the Seperatists were reworked to be the forerunners of some of the Rebels).
Someone did suggest incorporating a salvaged downed AT-AT into the Ewok village as proof that they had already fought the Imperials after seeing this image:
thats pretty crazy! reminds me of a charles simmonds sculpture. aside from the obvious animation issues, i reckon abandoned battledroids on endor coud be an option to consider? of course it depends on adys plans for the PT, but he DID mention removing the droid shutting down thingy in ROTS.

It's not as if every character from the Palace could squeeze onto that sail barge.
A lot of people do want to remove him altogether. The scenerio I proposed was to keep him in but give him a reason for being there (as you say he has none in any of the current versions, other than to appeal to the inner Ric Olié of fandom and to tick off Lucas' got rid of list).

Instead of the controlled explosives at least show that vader hit a specific pylon(s) and cause the damage and after the remaining pylons will brake from the weight.
Also if you are a lightsaber cutter fetishist maybe add this.
I checked the next shots. it can be done only with 2d elements and with clever cut we avoid to show it falling down.
As you noticed, im supporting the enhance of the blue panels with some more bright color and slight glow, to add some variety and life to that set.

Maybe you could add Palpatine leaning out of his seat to look at what Vader does, but that might be difficult I suppose. Impressive, most impressive.

Phenomenal. Just one suggestion - where the window is, and where the Death Star surface is, I think there should be a small hint of sunlight coming from the sun on the other side of Endor, other than that - phenomenal :D
And @ BB-J, well hopefully this sort of stuff will become a reality (and should become a reality) come 2012/3.

How about instead of the boring fully exposed reactor replace/add something more impressive and the rebels have to maneuver more in there.
I was thinking something like the warp machine from the Contact movie.
Those rings could turning around the core that provides energy and an impressive money shot.
Just one suggestion - where the window is, and where the Death Star surface is, I think there should be a small hint of sunlight coming from the sun on the other side of Endor

I suggested spinning chamber walls, sticking something like that around the reactor would add an extra layer of peril to the approach and escape from the chamber.
Another point of reference could be the warp generator in Event Horizon.
I just realised something.
When Vader throws his saber at Luke and after Luke falls down with that gantry, Vader's saber would be on the floor somewhere (near the bottom of the steps perhaps). I think it would be awesome to show Vader quickly summoning it with the Force into his hand and then he can activate his saber once he's down the steps like he does in the film itself :)

I had point that vader when walking down the stairs he holds the saber and its on(shadow) even the rotoscopers wanted not to show it ignited.
Like i said a good scene is that vader force saber throws and summons in the air. He is vader after all :D

I always assumed that Vader Force Grabs his lightsaber as he's heading down the stairs just before he lights it. There's no clattering sound of it being picked up, but that's an easy fix, along with erasing the shadow of Vader holding his saber in the shot before.
