I'm back :)

Hi, everyone. After my super long abcence in this forum due to not feeling fit to be here, I am back. Also I am starting my teenage years! Also I feel like I want to apologise for my bad descisions

I would like to clear up the “piracy” incident. I was just putting the DVD on a USB to keep it from being scratched. I am very sorry if that is illegal too. 😥

There is also my childish Jedi Academy thread. I think it is very embarrassing now.

Last but not least (at all) is my infamous Han Solo thread. I was in a bit of a rush and I feel so bad. I hope you can forgive me. 🙂
I hope I can get better here again. Wish me luck! Thank you. 😀

P.S sorry if my thread breaks the rules

Deep inside, I’m all gerro

Welcome back. Just wait a few more years, this will all be embarrassing by then too.

Oh damn, you’re thirteen? I was thirteen when I started posting here. 'Course nowadays I’m a big grown up man of the ripe age of sixteen.

I joined at 13 in 2003 and I’d probably cringe myself inside out if I were to read what I posted back then.

Lurked around for a long time, I definitely remember signing the original petition.

I’ve been 15 the entire time I’ve been on this forum.

We’re talking about how old we act right?

I think I’ve regressed in maturity since I joined, not just on this forum but in real life.

Backing a movie up and/or putting it on another storage device for your own use, be it internal or external, is not illegal. Breaking the DRM on the disc so you can back it up is illegal.

I’m not aware that people here will berate you for backing up your DVDs (especially since I have done it with my entire library and no one bothered me much), but I’m fairly certain publicly explaining how to circumvent the DRM is frowned upon.

It’s like it’s quite possible that Picasso would have loved to use Photoshop for some of his paintings if it was available back then, but if you take a picture from Picasso and recreate it in Photoshop, it’s not going to be the same picture and it can hardly be used to demonstrate Picasso’s brush techniques.

Just to clarify: this is true, isn’t it?
