Chronic sciatica 24/7 for the last 12 weeks. I never knew pain like this in my life!
My father had that for a while. It didn’t get better until he had an operation. I hope yours improves more quickly.

That’s a complaint?
Sure is if you’re someone like me that goes to the store for jelly-filled doughnuts only to find out that this joker bought em all up.
😉
I am completely sick of 3D animation. I don’t care how good the writing is or how great the characters are; unless the plot is exceptionally interesting, I won’t watch it.
It is a shame nobody is doing 2D anymore outside of tv.
Where were you in '77?

Sounds reasonable.
Not as reasonable as Hollywood’s completely warranted marginalization of traditional animation.

Aww, c’m—!
We’re standin’ right here! You know, right under the Sun as it rises in the East? A little hard to miss!!!

My hands are cold. My feet are also cold*.
*And sweaty.

Even if Japan is still making 2D animated films, they get little exposure here in the states. Animation is still considered family fare here. Sad we will never see anything like Heavy Metal again.

I hear the new Godzilla animation series is going to be something pretty cool. Heavy Metal is a one of a kind really but awesome.
This should disappoint anyone who reads it. Not because the Professor is Muslim, but because this student was punished for challenging his Professor, in what is supposed to be a learning environment.

A Florida college student was suspended after he challenged a Muslim professor who claimed that Jesus’ crucifixion at Calvary was a hoax.
Marshall Polston, 20, was suspended March 24 by Rollins College in Winter Park after an argument with his Middle Eastern Humanities professor over the historical validity of Jesus’ death, a failing grade, and a Muslim’s student’s allegedly violent rhetoric during a discussion on Sharia Law. The professor, Areej Zufari, claimed he was harassed, although video surveillance obtained by a local paper suggests otherwise.
“It was very off-putting and flat out odd,” Mr. Polston said of his professor’s claims about Christianity, The Central Florida Post reported March 25. “I’ve traveled the Middle East, lectured at the Salahaddin University, and immersed myself in Muslim culture for many years. Honestly, it reminded me of some of the more radical groups I researched when abroad.”
Mr. Polston said he was upset by his grade, but baffled as to how his inquires warranted a report to the Dean of Safety and a suspension.
“Whether religious or not, I believe even those with limited knowledge of Christianity can agree that according to the text, Jesus was crucified and his followers did believe he was divine … that he was ‘God,’ ” the sophomore told The College Fix on Saturday. “Regardless, to assert the contrary as academic fact is not supported by the evidence.”
That seems better suited to the politics thread to be honest.
Where were you in '77?
It isn’t a political article though.
Discussion of it could get political though.

I guess, possibly. Do you want me to delete it? Or move it? I’m not a mod, that’s your call.
Let’s just keep a watch on it for now. If it gets heated, then we’ll move the discussion.

As the OP I would ask that you love it and I also would recommend having pot roast for dinner tonight, but I won’t require it.
I hate having to wear glasses. Actually, I hate having myopia in general but the constant pushing up of the glasses is annoying as all hell.
Not enough people read the EU.
Yes, glasses do suck.
If your glasses don’t fit right (if your constantly pushing em up, they don’t), you can take them to any eyeglass retailer and have em adjusted for free.
Glasses kick ass. They instantly make the wearer 100% more attractive.
Yeah, glasses are great.
The Person in Question
I’d appreciate glasses more if I hadn’t gone through most of my childhood being teased for wearing them.
I finally had to get reader’s for night time and small print.
The yellowjackets are reawakening.
April Fools Day indeed.
My laundry is dirty. Damn lazy wash machine.
