I need some help - Flash Player help!

Hi. I'm Phil. I know I've been lazy on those Lord of the Rings Book-Cut editions... I just need the right encoding system.

But I'm working on a website and would LOVE it if one of you, that knows how to work on flash well, could help me by making a
Flash Video player. It's a really simple design... here's what I had in mind... this is all actual size: Click Here

and the timeline should be able to be draggable... i.e. you can click on any part of the timeline to get to a portion of the video.

If any of you would be able to do this, I'd be in gargantuan gratitude... thanks in advance!

I know, Psycho... but it takes away the design aspect (and the fact that you can't save it...) which is why I kinda' like flash. But if I can't get any help on this soon, then yeah I'll just do it with quicktime. Thanks anyway!

And yes, Moth3r, that's sort of what I was after, except it would have been better had it be modifiable.
