Help: looking for... Star Wars pre-ANH 1977 mono

Hi! I’m new here, and love the site. I was wondering if anyone here could send me a dvd (or I’ll send a blank one to whoever) of the mono pre-ANH 1977 version. I know the quality would be shaky, but have been wanting to see this for some time. It would be much appreciated!

Is this the 2 cd version that has been on Demonoid? I'm looking for this little one

No
The 2 cd version is widescreen and has the Dolby Stereo mix folded into a single channel.
The true mono mix version is 4:3 with the sides cropped.

However, in practice you must take into account the “fuckwit factor”. Just talk to Darth Mallwalker…

If anybody can upload just the sound stream, it should not be terribly complicated to sync it to the GOUT. (Especially if it's already synchronized).

I think the original poster wanted the crappy cropped 4:3 video, to get the full bootleg viewing experience.

I uploaded AC3 files of the mono mix synched to PAL and NTSC GOUT back in January (LINK). A restored version of the mono mix is in the pipeline.
