Posting from Drafts does not update Last Post information

If you save a post to drafts then post at a later time, the Last Post information in the forum index does not get updated.

Right now, the index says that the last post in the Technical Discussions forum was 17 Apr 2008 at 4:11 PM by reave. If enter that forum, you can see that it actually 17 Apr 2008 at 8:57 PM by me.

This is fixed. Thanks for pointing it out, because while I was investigating it, I also found that draft posts weren't triggering topic subscription e-mails once they were posted to the topic. Both issues should be corrected.
