I have looked up more Tarkin deepfakes and found a few that contain most of the missing shots. The quality varies, and they’re only 1080p, but I think they would still mix better with Shamook’s footage than the original CGI.

derpfakes has done the first Tarkin scene in full, which adds two missing shots from this scene:

birbfakes did the scene on Jedah, which also adds a few more missing shots. It would blend pretty ok with the rest:

If I’m not mistaken I believe that only leaves one shot I could not find, which is when Tarkin first arrives on Scarif and says “Lord Vader will handle the fleet…”, which actually doesn’t look that bad since it’s a medium shot. So I believe it is doable.

If anybody finds other high quality sources, they can send them my way.

Don’t see the 1080p version yet. I’m assuming it will be there in a bit but just letting you know.

I had been trying to cobble up that Artoo shot, but it might be above my ability.

I checked out V2 and I’ve noticed that the clips I’ve rendered have a slightly altered color, a bit of a greener tint, I noticed this while I was working on them too but I was hoping it only was something on my end. I’m not sure what the issue is, I’ll see if I can fix it, otherwise I wonder if someone could look at them to correct the colors.

Hmmm, it’s an odd thing. I’m not sure how any of this works, but I noticed the colors looked diferent back when I tested merging the shots to a full scene, even though the clips would look fine on playback.

Well, it is very aparent to me, though I’ve been looking at the clips way longer than most. Still, I’ll re-render all the clips with the settings that I believe fix the colors and reupload them. I’m pretty happy with how they look otherwise, it’s really cool to see them implemented 😃

Another issue I’ve noticed is that the spanish subtitles seem to be on the wrong encoding, since certain symbols appear as <?>.

Did you do a full overhaul of the lighting? it seems alot brighter especially during the scene with Krennic on Mustafar, it’s not a bad thing btw.

My only issue with, and it’s only tiny gripe, but when krennic’s ship is shown flying to the planet at the beginning, the music’s sound level abruptly gets louder. At 1:16 is where it happens.
Granted i was watching with my headphones on so blips are easier to pick up on.

I’m reuploading the clips right now on the same place as before, on a new folder to avoid confusion.

I don’t know what’s up with the subtitles, it fails to show letters with accent marks (áéíóú) & ¡¿ symbols. I’ll re-export & reupload them to see if it does anything.

Yes, the new clips are the same aside from the colors.

As for the R2 shot, I said it might be too hard for me, but I could continue working on it and see what I can do.
